Mahmoud suffers a heart attack and is transferred to intensive care. Rasheed, his business manager, and his brothers rush to him to check on him, amidst Mounir’s desire for him to die so that he can inherit from him, while his wife, Nisreen, grieves greatly.

Sabri goes to his aunt Souad and complains to her about his lack of resources to open a car repair factory, while his mother asks Mahmoud to help him. Jamil buys a gun, to his wife's astonishment and fear.

Reem asks Mahmoud to buy the house where his brother Hamed lives, and she also asks to buy an apartment for Hossam, while Rasheed is surprised that Mahmoud accepts this financial condition.

Nisreen asks Mahmoud not to get Hamed out of the apartment, but he refuses. Hamed also pleads with him, especially after Iman decides to return to Baghdad, but Mahmoud insists on getting him out.

Mahmoud discovers Reem's relationship with a young man whom she sent a video of her at a private dance party, so he decides to break off the relationship with her, while he goes out with Nada and invites her to dinner.

Reem threatens to tell Mahmoud‘s wife Nisreen the truth about his relationship with her if he decides to cancel the will he registered in her name, while he asks for Nada’s hand in marriage from her father, but she rejects him.

Reem surprises Mahmoud by visiting him at his home in the presence of his wife and pretends that she is looking for a job in order to put pressure on him. Nada tells Ghassan that Mahmoud asked for her hand in marriage. Jamil quarrels with Mahmoud and threatens to kill him.

Nada tells Nisreen that her husband wants to marry her, but she refuses, and that she loves her classmate at the university, but her father insists on marrying her to Mahmoud. Reem lives in the house of Samir’s relative after her mother expelled her from the house.

Nada goes to her uncle Salman, but he tells her father, who goes to fetch her and beat her, while Mustafa tells everyone that Mahmoud wants to marry his sister. Sabri quarrels with Mahmoud, who suffers a heart attack.

Mahmoud dismisses Rasheed and asks him to leave work in the company because Nada does not agree to marry him. He also decides to deprive his brothers of their inheritance.

Mounir agrees with Jassim to kill Mahmoud in exchange for money. As Mahmoud asks Jamil to meet him at his house for an important matter, Rasheed overhears the conversation. The maid finds Mahmoud’s lifeless body on his desk, so the police are called right away.

The officer interrogates Mahmoud's brothers, and each one of them suspects someone, especially since there are many who benefit from his death.

Tawfiq denies that Sabri was with him on the day of the incident, which increases the officer’s suspicions, and both Sabri and Hossam are detained pending further proceedings in the case.

Sabri's mother tries to convince Tawfiq to confess to the police that Sabri was with him on the day of the incident. Reem also seeks to get Hossam out of prison despite Samir’s refusal to let her go to the police station.

Jassim asks Mounir to give him more money after he killed Mahmoud, while Reem sympathizes with Sabri and helps his mother bring stuff for him at the prison and also seeks to acquit Hossam.

Sabri comes out of detention and his mother is very happy, while the lawyer tells Reem that he suspects Samir is the killer so that she inherits the will. The officer interrogates Nisreen and Mustafa.

The officer interrogates Rasheed, and Mounir and Jassim are arrested. Sabri's relationship with Reem gradually strengthens.

As Reem finds the gold stolen from Mahmoud's house, she hands it to the officer and tells him that Samir was the one who stole it, while the officer interrogates both Rasheed and his daughter Nada.

Samir is arrested on charges of murder and robbery, but he tells the officer that when he entered Mahmoud's house, he found him dead, so he only committed the robbery. As Reem quarrels with her mother, she asks Sabri for help.

Jamil talks about the conversation he had with Mahmoud on the day of the incident and his going to Rasheed’s house after his meeting with Mahmoud, while the officer is able to solve the mystery of the crime with Rasheed confessing to killing Mahmoud and stealing the will.
