Dr. Jessie receives a letter from her uncle's agent, who was assassinated in South Lebanon, inviting her to return to her village to receive the inheritance. As soon as she sets foot in Beirut airport, she is kidnapped by a group with the aim of intimidating her and forcing her to return so that her uncle's wife's relatives can control the properties in the village of Dar Al Ezz.
