Sa'd Al-Daly's grandson is kidnapped as his London factory is burned down and his memoirs are published in the newspaper. Sa'd's son Bassem leaves after his marriage to Rasha prompts Sa'd to threaten her.
Al-Tayel calls Sa'd in because of his memoirs. Adham tries to get Soliman to stop the publishing of the memoirs. Sa'd gets a ransom call for his grandson.
Sa'd is double-crossed and loses the ransom. Nashwa prepares to take charge of the Al-Daly Group headquarters as the custodian for her son, but the lawyer tries to prevent her from getting control. Nasser offers to partner up with Radwa.
Olfat tries to convince Bassem to leave Rasha and come home. A woman calls Nashwa and gets her to talk to her kidnapped son before calling Sa'd and making him talk to his grandson.
Rasha sells her land and starts a new project with Bassem. Nasser signs the partnership contract with Radwa but takes both copies of the contract. Sa'd takes out a five million pound loan from the bank to pay his grandson's ransom.
Soliman offers to publish Al-Daly's memoirs in a book in Beirut and smuggle it to Egypt. The Arab returns the memoirs to Adham. Sa'd refuses to seel the glass factory to Nasser Al-Tayel.
Sa'd is saddened when both Safwat and Mohamed Salama die. Hany learns that Lobna married Abu Al-Mahasen. Soliman offers to buy Rasha's share of the inheritance.
Sa'd asks Fekry to take over Mohamed Salama's position. Soliman tries to figure out how Al-Daly's memoirs were taken from Adham's house. Bassem has trouble starting his new project.
Bassem learns that Sa'd is the reason the merchants refuse to deal with him. Ahmed Al-Mandrawy offers Rasha and Bassem a new deal. Soliman offers to help Bassem. Adham tells Sa'd that Nassef asked him to run ads for his business.
Lobna informs Adly and Nasser that she is going to buy Sa'd's glass factory. Sa'd offers to buy Fawzy's share and tries to get Nashwa to sell him the group's headquarters. Soliman threatens to tell Sa'd what Adham had done to force Adham to help him.
Soliman learns that Sa'd is going to buy Dalia's share of the London factory within months. Refky asks Sa'd to reconsider his decision to take another wife to have a boy.
Soliman asks Adham to find out where Sa'd is getting his money. Nassef takes another wife. Rasha and Bassem agree to Ahmed's offer.
Sa'd tells Olfat that he wants to get married to have a son, and she asks for a divorce. Sa'd leaves the house and goes to stay with Refky. The equipment for Nashwa and Farid's hospital gets delivered. Rasha and Bassem sign a contract with a new company.
Lobna is shocked when Sa'd refuses to sell the factory. Nashwa opens her hospital and sells the group's headquarters to Sa'd. Olfat asks for a divorce. Adham confesses that Soliman wants him to spy on Sa'd.
Radwa and Heba are saddened to learn of their parents' separation. Nasser Al-Tayel stays at the same hotel where Sa'd booked a room for the Malaysian man.
Mina taunts Refky and tells him that he made a mistake when he favored Sa'd to him. Adham sends a message to Sa'd confessing the truth and tries to kill Soliman but the latter's men shoot him.
Sa'd learns that Soliman is behind Adham's shooting. Sa'd asks Assem to kidnap Soliman.
Sa'd threatens to kill Soliman. Eman enlists Sa'd's help to rescue her from her abusive husband. Sa'd refuses Adly's offer to partner up with Nasser.
Sa'd takes Eman to Heba's apartment. Adham wakes up but refuses to name his shooter. Olfat hires a lawyer to sue Sa'd for divorce. Radwa is arrested on charges of importing spoiled food, but Fekry claims the shipment is meant for fish farming.
Sa'd tells Adham that he lost his trust despite his attempts to make things right. When Sa'd is informed of Olfat's divorce lawsuit, he marries Eman and takes her to Olfat's house. Heba is arrested for providing fake visas.
Olfat falls ill and is taken to the hospital. When Fady is shot, his wife takes his written confession of what he and Medhat have done to the police. She recounts how they kidnapped Heba's son on Medhat's orders.
Heba is released. Sa'd writes Eman's uncle a check. Al-Tayel asks Dalia for the percentage they agreed on. Soliman reports Medhat. Dalia tells Nassef of what Hamza has done to her company.
Dalia dissolves her partnership with Sa'd and sells her company in Egypt. Bassem, Rasha, Radwa and Samir plot to take Al-Daly Jr from Nashwa, but Refky gets them to change their plans. Nassef wants to dissolve his partnership with Jasser and Hamza.
Refky exposes Maher in front of Nashwa and Farid. Sa'd goes to Soliman after he learns of Dalia's betrayal. As the world stock market crashes, everyone faces difficulties. Magdy proposes to Heba.
Jasser asks Adham to run an ad campaign for his company. Olfat and Sa'd get divorced. Heba and Bassem admonish Sa'd for what he has done to their mother.
Sa'd suffers from financial difficulties and puts one of his factories up for sale in an auction. Eman tells Sa'd that she is pregnant. Al-Tayel calls Dalia and asks for his share, but she threatens him.
Sa'd stops the auction. Soliman offers to buy the London factories. Al-Tayel wants the Prime Minister to make an example out of Sa'd, who asks to meet the president before going to Greece to see Dalia.
Jasser and Nasser are arrested. Radwa sells the fish farms and Heba sells her company. Sa'd tries to bait Dalia.
Sa'd kidnaps Dalia who writes him a check. Ahmed reminds Rasha of what he did to convince everyone that their son is Fawzy Al-Daly's. As Ahmed shoots his and Rasha's son, Rasha confesses the truth to Bassem. Refky and Olfat pay Sa'd's debt to the bank
Bassem divorces Rasha. Radwa sets Nasser up. Sa'd is offered a business deal in Iraq. Magdy marries Heba. Eman has a boy.
Sa'd returns from Kuwait after the war. When Sa'd appoints Sobhy as the manager for the London factories, Sobhy is killed and Refky takes the shot meant for Sa'd. Sa'd offers to sell his factories to Soliman and kills him.
