Umm Sheikha (Sheikha's mother) complains to her husband that he doesn't pay attention to their home or daughters and that he spends most of his time at work, while Nawaf likes his collegemate, Dalal.

Umm Walid tries to convince her son to leave the house and look for a job. Umm Sheikha dies, and Nawaf gets close to Dalal, who returns his feelings.

As the school principal complains about Taiba's rowdy behavior, she threatens her with expulsion. When Khalifa asks Sheikha that they get married, she stipulates that they stay in her father's house. Abu Nawaf (Nawaf's father) falls ill and is taken to the hospital.

Nawaf's relationship with Dalal becomes strained, as he believes that she doesn't reciprocate his feelings. Sheikha and Khalifa's wedding is held. Nasser passes the exams, enrolls in the university, and meets Lulwa.

Lulwa likes Nasser, and Umm Walid decides to work in tailoring clothes in order to help with the expenses without her husband's knowledge.

When Lulwa passes out, Nasser takes her to the hospital, while her father believes that Nasser has kidnapped her until the truth is revealed.

Abu Taiba lashes out at his daughter for her neglect and academic failure, and the relationship between Nawaf and Dalal becomes tense.

The secretary Rima gets close to Issa, and Dalal rejects a suitor out of love for Nawaf.

Walid refuses to leave the house and go to work out for fear of facing people, and Mohsen lashes out at his son Fahd over the latter's drinking.

Umm Fahd tries to convince Mohsen to forgive Fahd, and Khalifa tries in vain to please Sheikha.

As Issa decides to marry Rima, Mohsen objects due to the age difference between them, and Abu Nawaf dies.

As Issa's daughters reject the idea of ​​him marrying Rima, Mohsen blackmails the latter and asks her to leave the country.

As Issa is surprised by Rima's resignation and disappearance, he searches for her and discovers that she has traveled to her country.

Lulwa quarrels with Nasser over his relationship with their classmate, Salwa, and Jamila likes Walid.

As Walid starts his new job, Jamila thinks of getting engaged to him.

Fahd quarrels with Dalal over her relationship with Nasser, and Sheikha tells her husband, Khalifa, of her pregnancy.

As Dalal finishes her university studies, her mother insists that she gets married. Khalifa resents Sheikha's actions and her harsh treatment of him.

After Khalifa tells Issa that he saw Lulwa with a guy, Issa quarrels with her and prevents her from going out.

Fahd asks his sister Dalal to mediate with his father in order to get engaged to Lulwa, and he pledges to work in the company.

When Sheikha finds Nasser's letters and correspondence with Lulwa, Issa quarrels with the latter and locks her in her room.

Lulwa is taken to the hospital after her father locked her up at home and prevented her from going to college. Nawaf starts his new job, and Walid gets upset at his co-worker's reaction when he tells her that he likes her.

Nasser decides to officially propose to Lulwa, and Nawaf asks Dalal to mediate with her family, after which Issa refuses due to the social difference between them, while Fahd tells his father of his desire to marry her.

As Nasser insists on meeting Issa to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage, Issa quarrels with him and expels him from the company, whereupon Nasser beats Fahd.

As Lulwa is forced to marry Fahd, Nasser is taken to the hospital following a psychological shock.

Nasser becomes depressed; Dalal tries to convince Lulwa to adapt to her life with Fahd; Khalifa divorces Sheikha.

Khalifa tries to apologize to Sheikha and patch things up after she gives birth. After Nasser leaves the house, Nawaf searches for him and finds him at his friend Ali's house.

Fahd quarrels with Lulwa, believing that she is in love with Nasser after their marriage. Nawaf works at Issa's company without the latter knowing that he is Nasser's brother.

Umm Fahd treats Lulwa badly, while Dalal attempts suicide after her father forces her to marry someone.

Mohsen invites Nawaf to attend the wedding of his daughter Dalal, who is trying in every way to spoil her engagement.

Mohsen informs Nawaf of his daughter Dalal's divorce only a week after her marriage, and Fahd confesses to Lulwa his strong love for her.

Nawaf and Dalal get married, as do Walid and Jamila, while Fahd and Lulwa have children.
