Neamat enjoys the wealth of her father, Bahgat, who pampers her so much that she becomes selfish, which affects her friendship with Samia. Sadiq agrees to let the employee Hassan take on an important deal in the company.

Hassan is able to gain the trust of Bahgat and Sadiq in a short time, gets to know Neamat and Samia, and develops a plan with his friend Safwat to achieve the dream of getting rich through Neamat.

Samia tells Neamat that she's in love with someone and does not reveal to her that he is Hassan. Meanwhile, Bahgat gets to know Nawal and likes her despite the age difference between them.

Nawal takes her job in Bahgat's office, while Sadiq agrees with Hassan to make a deal for their personal benefit, and Neamat is impressed by Hassan's ideas.

Bahgat decides to marry Nawal, and Neamat asks her father to work with him in the company, and when she learns of Samia's love for Hassan, she decides to get closer to him.

Sadiq gets into a car accident and it turns out that he is married to another woman. Neamat and Hassan meet a lot while he stays away from Samia. Bahgat tries to attract Neamat's attention to Nawal and they get to know each other.

Samia scolds Hassan for staying away from her, and the latter confesses his love to Neamat, who agrees to her father's marriage to Nawal. Sadiq agrees with Hassan to open a private company away from Bahgat.

Neamat becomes jealous after her father's marriage to Nawal, especially after the latter's pregnancy. After Bahgat refuses her marriage to Hassan, Neamat bargains with Sadiq to help her marry Hassan in exchange for not exposing his second marriage.

Bahgat bargains with Hassan to appoint him director of the company in exchange for refusing to marry Neamat, but the latter convinces him otherwise. On the night of Neamat and Hassan's wedding, Dawlat discovers Sadiq's marriage and having a child with nurse Laila.

Nawal gives birth to a boy, which angers Neamat. Dawlat considers divorce and Hassan advises her to accept the marriage of Sadiq and Laila.

The police arrest Neamat's brother, Sameh, on charges of tampering with building materials with Hassan. Bahgat dies from grief, and Neamat loses all of her father's property.

Hassan is imprisoned. Years pass and Hassan's son, Bahjat, grows up and tells his father of his desire to marry the daughter of his old friend Safwat, and Hassan dies.

The son, Bahjat, agrees with Safwat to set up a big project, and marries his daughter, Azza. After a while, the latter feels that Bahjat is treating her differently.

It turns out that the reason for Bahjat's marriage to Azza is to take revenge on her father, who was the reason for Hassan's imprisonment and then his death, and the police arrest Safwat.
