In the village of Tal Al-Ramad, the oppressive ruler Kayed Bey puts the villagers through hell. Inheriting his post from his father, Kayed takes the grains from the farmers and monopolizes the water, promising severe punishment and torture for anyone who opposes his tyrannical rule.
