Fahmi tries to force his son Farid to marry Nisreen, but Farid wants to marry his collegemate, Soha. After Fahmi loses a significant deal and faces bankruptcy, Atef advises him to contact Hassan, the moneylender, to save him from the situation.

Fahmi accuses Zakaria of burning his crops, while Soha hides her relationship with Farid from her cousin Mansour. Fahmi asks Hassan not to tell anyone about the loan he borrowed from him.

Mansour is upset because Soha doesn't reciprocate his feelings of love. Hassan tries to gather information about Fahmi's assets. Zakaria offers to help him financially, but Fahmi refuses. He tries to get close to Hassan's daughter, Shwekar.

Shwekar falls in love with Mansour, and he decides to leave his uncle's house and go away. Fahmi learns that Shwekar is her father's sole heir, so he asks her to marry him.

Fahmi marries Shwekar against her father's will, and Zakaria suggests to Fahmi that Mansour manage his land.

Hassan tries to find out where his daughter, Shwekar, is and strives to convince Fahmi to hand over the power of attorney he gave his daughter. At the same time, a quarrel arises between Mansour and Soha over her relationship with Farid.

Zakaria becomes furious when he discovers his daughter Soha's relationship with Farid, and Fahmi succeeds in gaining Shwekar's sympathy to seize her money to pay off his debts.

Soha runs away from her father's house, and Fahmi insists on rejecting his son's marriage to her. Fahmi pressures Shwekar to transfer all her money to him, claiming that her father has got married and forgotten about his daughter.

Hassan reveals to his daughter, Shwekar, that Fahmi deceived her and took her money. Mansour asks Nisreen to marry him, and Farid and Soha get married.

Shwekar is accused of killing Fahmi. Farid refuses to return the money to Hassan. Farid's treatment of Soha changes, and he suspects a relationship between her and Mansour. Farid asks Nisreen to marry him.

Soha leaves the house and asks for a divorce. Farid fires Atef from work and refuses to return the land to Zakaria.

Shwekar gives birth, Atef decides to cooperate with Hassan, and Farid plots with the servant Mabrouk to get rid of Shwekar's daughter so that she does not inherit.

The police arrest Farid for attempting to kill Hassan. Farid suffers from a bad psychological state, and Soha agrees to marry Mansour.
