As Moaz is late on his first day of work at the hospital, the consultant Waheed scolds him, and Moaz is forced to stay in the hospital.

Jealousy and competition flare up between Nouf and her fellow new doctors, and Waheed is furious when Moaz fails to take a medical sample from a patient for medical tests.

Moaz is upset with the treatment of the nurses in the hospital. Turki is attracted to Dr. Remas and thinks about marrying her. Khaled asks the nurse Sanati to carry out his job duties because he is unable to do them.

Saadoun tries to leave work without permission, and one of the hospital's psychiatric patients tries to jump from the roof, but Dr. Muhammad saves him.

Sahar takes over the management of the department instead of Dr. Suleiman, and asks Khaled and Moaz to complete his medical duties, but they claim that they were not assigned any tasks.

Moaz finds himself in a difficult situation when his aunt asks him to mediate for one of their relatives to enter the hospital, and Nayef fails on his first day of training in medical sterilization.

Moaz suffers from hemorrhoids, and he is afraid that his colleagues will find out about it, but Waheed takes advantage of his illness to teach new doctors about his condition.

Moaz and Nouf are redeployed to the reception and casualty department, and they are asked to deal with the medical cases there. Moaz likes Reem and dreams of marrying her.

As a patient flirts with Sahar, she turns to Ghassan, while many visitors flock to the patient Abu Ibrahim's room, but when the hospital administration asks for someone to donate part of their liver to him, many of them refuse.

Moaz requires his hospital colleagues to stay in his room and play video games in exchange for writing a medical report for him. Moaz has an accident that causes him to lose his memory temporarily.

Suleiman goes out with Moaz for a walk outside the hospital and they get arrested, while Khaled takes advantage of the presence of a famous football player in the hospital and takes photos of his family with him.

A child snatches Sahar's bag and Nouf asks Muhammad to return it. Moaz and Khaled are worried that the doctor on duty will discover that they threw eggs at his car.

A patient asks Khaled to write her a report for a sick leave, but the doctor on duty refuses to do so, while Saadoun puts Waheed in a dilemma with one of the patients.

Ghassan is forced to babysit a child he found alone in the hospital until she finds her parents, while Dr. Reem seeks to present Abdel Rahman’s report to one of the consultants so that he can enroll at the university.

The pediatrician asks Moaz for help, and Reem follows up on the condition of the patient Abu Fares, whom Suleiman allows to go out and smoke cigarettes.

Moaz takes care of a child suffering from cancer, and tries to communicate with him due to his deteriorating condition. Reem tells Abu Fares that he needs to have an operation. Waheed finds himself married to one of the patients at the hospital.

Suleiman runs a medical course for intern doctors, and Ghassan is forced to complete the course when everyone underestimates Suleiman, while Sahar fails to attend.

The hospital holds a competition among intern doctors to oversee the foreign delegation coming to the hospital, and everyone competes.

Moaz and his colleagues ask Suleiman to take time off work to study, and Suleiman gets into trouble with Waheed when he orders a patient to be discharged from the hospital and begins searching for her.

Suleiman assigns Khaled to do all the medical tasks in the department, while Moaz and Khaled receive their American friend Edward at their home but fail to be hospitable.

Abdullah and Moaz take Edward for a walk in the city, wearing the Saudi uniform, while Suleiman tries to help a person with an injured hand and discovers that he is a thief who robbed the hospital.

Khaled, Moaz, and all the intern students graduate, and each of them remembers touching moments in their lives, and bids farewell to the others after the end of their training period at the hospital.
