Through dreams and what they represent to some, we are presented with a man obsessed with the idea that he is a scientist and innovator. He tries to develop a machine, believing that he could travel with it through dreams to reveal other people's secrets to themselves and others. There are comedic paradoxes in the actions and reactions between this man and those around him, including his family.
