In the occupied territories, the widow, Salma, owns a group of lemon trees, which she has been caring for since her youth, and the Israeli Minister of Defense moves in next to the lemon trees. When a decision is issued to remove them, as they represent a danger to the latter's life, she defends them with all her strength and raises the matter to the judiciary, and to the Israeli Supreme Court.
