As Farid goes to attend an emergency meeting at work, a car tries to assassinate him by running him over. Fares discovers that his factory and all his properties were foreclosed due to his losses.

Farid refuses to make it easier for his clients to pay off their debts. Another assassination attempt targets Farid. As Fares tries to wed Nany to help him pay off his debts, her father Shawkat discovers the truth and refuses to let them wed.

Farid tightens the security on his house after the repeated murder attempt. Wagida tries to convince Shawky and Abdullah to avenge their father on Farid, who caused his death. Fares loses all his property at a public auction.

Farid plots to cause his competitors severe losses in the stock market. Fares tries to flee dressed as a man from the Gulf, but he gets arrested before he manages to leave the country.

Wagida forces Shawky to pursue vengeance by killing Farid. Fatma decides to run away with Shawky to escape the entire blood feud. When Fares is released from prison, he ends up staying at Zaghloul's house. Fares meets Nadia who promptly falls for him.

A massive fire breaks out at Farid's wood warehouses. Mahmoud offers Fares a job as a bodyguard. Fares goes to Minya in an attempt to sell his father's house, only to discover that his father gave it away to the family.

Fares agrees to be a bodyguard and starts a training course to qualify for the job. When Fares sees Nadia, he discovers that he loves her back.

After Fares is tasked with securing the transfer of money, he pulls it off successfully after a chase by some criminals. Farid wins a deal worth 600 million dollars.

When Farid loses his security detail, he decides to look for a new bodyguard. Fares becomes the bodyguard of a famous artist. Shawky travels to Cairo to avenge his father.

As Fares proposes to Nadia, her father opposes the marriage because of Fares's reputation and his squandering of his father's fortune. Mahmoud assigns Fares to be the bodyguard of Farid Al-Gohary.

Farid gets threatening calls. Fares tries to impose his protection tactics in the villa. Kamel prepares to be released from prison.

Kamel is released. Farid clashes with Fares and asks for a substitute. Fares discovers that everyone around Farid hates him because of his cruelty. Fares saves Farid after Shawky attacks him.

The police arrest Shawky. Fares tries to help Farid win the people around him over. Abbas proposes to Sherifa but she refuses. Fares gets close to Eman.

Wagida hires a lawyer to defend Shawky after he is charged with attempted murder. Farid tells Fares that he is going to Germany to close an important deal.

Fares discovers that Farid is married in secret to a woman called Enas. Kamel asks Sherifa to stay away from him. When Sahar fires all the workers in her new village, Fares takes a stand for them.

Fares tries to get close to Ahmed to help him out of his loneliness. Abbas tells Fares that the file for an important tender was stolen from his office. Sherifa finds the stolen file in Mervat's office.

Fares tries to help Ahmed get close to Doaa. Kamel plots revenge on Farid for getting him imprisoned. It's revealed that Mervat is in cahoots with Sa'eid Omran. Abbas decides to wed Mervat.

Fares throws a fake birthday party for Ahmed to get close to Sahar. As Kamel breaks into Farid's villa, he locks Sahar in her room and threatens her.

As he saves Sahar, Fares is unable to identify her attacker. Kadry tries to help Kamel move on from his desire for vengeance. Fares discovers that Kamel is the one who tried to kidnap Sahar. Fares manages to get Sahar to turn her life around.

Abdel Majid accuses Sherifa and Fares of stealing the file of the tender and framing Mervat. When Farid learns that he lost the tender, he accuses Fares of betraying him. Fares tells Nadia that he is not in love with her.

Fernando threatens Farid after the latter competed with him for a weapons deal that is worth 250 million dollars. Farid hires Paolo to assassinate Fernando for 5 million dollars.

When Fares tries to convince Wagida to let go of her desire for vengeance, he discovers that she has spies in the company. Tension rises between Eman and Fares after her divorce. Shawky is released on bail.

Fares helps Zaghloul wed Hanan. As Fares proposes to Eman, she rejects him out of fear of losing her son's custody. Sahar confesses her love for Fares, who tries to evade her. Farid returns from his travel.

When Farid learns of what happened to Sahar in his absence, he insists on having Fares stay with them. Farid punishes Abbas for the stolen file. As Farid faces another assassination attempt, Fares is shot instead.

Fares refuses to identify Abdullah as the shooter. Farid learns that Ahmed is involved with someone called Hanan and tries to wed him to Wazira, and wed Sahar to Walid.

Fares tells Farid that he has to make peace with his enemies to get out of danger. Fares asks Ahmed to give people back their rights. Eman tells Fares that she can not marry him.

When Farid discovers that Fares convinced Ahmed and Enayat to give back the orphans' rights, he kicks them out and fires them from the company.

Farid plots to get rid of Sa'eid Omran and his allies. Enas asks for a divorce. Farid's factories catch on fire and incur severe losses.

Fire breaks out at Wagida's house as well as the orphans' factory. Kamel is shot. When Fares discovers that Farid is behind it all, he decides to quit. Sherifa threatens to kill Farid.

Farid stipulates that Farid must make peace with his enemies and go to Wagida carrying his shroud. He also asks Farid to give Kamel money. Magdy tells Fares that his old factory is back in business and making huge profits.

As everyone abandons Farid, Wagida goes to kill him. Farid dies after Fernando poisons his coffee.
