Talal helps his father with his business in the company and at the port. Meanwhile, Umm Abdullah (Abdullah's mother) suffers from poverty and straitened circumstances and asks her son Abdullah to find a job. Amal dreams of the moment her husband starts working with his father to get more money.

Umm Abdullah heads to Umm Talal's house to ask for a grace period for paying the rent. Abu Soliman (Soliman's father) gets upset with his son, unlike Talal, refuses to give a hand to help with the family's business in trade.

Abu Talal falls ill after he quarrels with his son Talal, and Talal apologizes to him. Amal suspects that her husband Soliman is having an affair.

Amal asks her husband Soliman to take advantage of the procuration his father wrote him, and she steals money from his sister Noura's bag. Talal travels to Egypt on a business trip.

At his wife's instigation, Soliman looks for the procuration. Abu Talal buys Ghanima a wheelchair to help her. Talal runs over a child.

Talal catches feelings for Elham, the sister of the boy he hit, and he wants to have a relationship with her. Abu Talal grows infatuated with So'aad and thinks about her all day long.

Talal gets engaged to Elham, and he transfers the money to Abu Soliman to start their project. However, Amal finds the procuration and incites Soliman to transfer the money to his private bank account.

Abu Soliman passes away and Amal and her husband Soliman take over the management of the company. Talal returns to Kuwait where his mother tries to convince him to marry Noura, Abu Soliman's daughter, unaware that he has a fiancée in Egypt. Abdullah starts working at Abu Talal's company.

Amal threatens Noura to have her drop out of school. Lawyer Sa'ad learns that Soliman and Amal made use of the procuration and got the money. Abu Talal promises to interfere. It turns out that Sa'ad is Amal's brother. Talal throws Abdullah out of the company when he recalls how he sold alcohol.

Sa'ad tries to solve things between Talal and Soliman's companies. So'aad gets Abdullah back into Talal's company. Talal quarrels with his father, and their disagreement becomes heated that Talal's mother passes away in sorrow.

Soliman's sister learns that his wife is stealing his money, and she enlists the help of lawyer Sa'ad who promises to solve the problem. Jassem dies in mysterious circumstances.

Abdullah calls Talal anonymously and tells him his sister is seeing someone and sends him pictures of them. Soliman's wife learns that her brother Sa'ad and Noura are to have a sham marriage. Umm Abdullah encourages her daughter So'aad to woo Abu Talal into marrying her.

Latifa affirms to her brother that their mother knew about her relationship and approved of her boyfriend and their marriage. Soliman tells his wife Seham that he is married to another woman and has a son with her; he then divorces her. Khaled proposes to Latifa.

Talal tells his brother Hamd and their father about his relationship with Elham, and the father approves their marriage. Abu Talal asks So'aad to marry him. Khaled and Latifa get engaged. Ghanima is shocked to learn Hamd loves Noura and wants to wed her.

So'aad rejects the idea of her marrying Abu Talal and tells her mother she loves Hamd, but Hamd marries Noura. Abdullah is arrested for selling alcohol. Talal kicks So'aad out when he learns his father wants to marry her. His father apologizes for choosing so low-born a wife and changes his mind.
