As the Black Cat threatens to kill anyone who refuses to pay a ransom, the case is investigated by Inspector Mamdouh, who asks to marry Soheir, the daughter of his cousin Rahmi, but the Black Cat attacks Rahmi’s house, cancels the engagement party, and sends a letter to Rahmi asking him to meet him.

The Cat sneaks into Rahmi's house despite the police siege and leaves a letter for Rahmi asking him to marry Suhair after a month. It turns out that Morsi, who works in the police cafeteria, is one of the Cat's agents, and the Cat kidnaps Suhair.

The one-eyed man tells Rahmi that a fake Cat kidnapped Suhair, and Mamdouh discovers that Fatima, the maid, works for the Black Cat, and Suhair returns home.

The Cat's cook is caught impersonating his identity and blackmailing one of the victims. The Cat seizes the money from the victim and gives him a letter to Mamdouh. The Cat meets Fatima and asks to monitor Mamdouh, but he is surprised when they are shot.

Fatima receives a bullet in her arm, and the Black Cat takes her and treats her. The Cat’s agents rob a nightclub. Fatima quarrels with her fiancé, Hosni, because he discovers her relationship with the Black Cat. Hosni informs Mamdouh about Fatima, and Suhair confesses to Fatima her love for the Cat.

The Cat's agents kidnap Rahmi, and the Black Cat tells Suhair that he is hosting Rahmi to convince him of their marriage.

The Black Cat contacts Suhair and tells her that Rahmi has been kidnapped by the fake Cat and that the Cat's agents are still stealing from the wealthy. Rahmi returns home, and the Cat sends his wedding invitations to everyone on the occasion of his marriage to Suhair.

Hosni informs Mamdouh that one of The Cat's agents has searched his house. The Cat attacks Rahmi’s house in the presence of Mamdouh, so Mamdouh attacks him and threatens him with a weapon.

The Cat runs away from Mamdouh, and he loses track of him. The Cat begins sending gifts to Suhair and sends a threatening letter to Fatima because of her communication with the fake Cat. The Cat kidnaps Fatima and sends a gift to Mamdouh in his office.

It turns out that the gift is invitations to the police to attend the Cat's wedding to Suhair, and Fatima returns home. Fatima meets the Cat, and the police follow her, so the Cat's men kidnap her again.

One of the Cat's agents kidnaps Hosni, and the Black Cat sends the network to Suhair. The Cat's agents impersonate the police officers and replace the soldiers guarding Rahmi's house with the gangsters.

The Cat releases Fatima and Hosni, and Suhair goes out with Fatima and Hosni to buy wedding supplies, so the Cat kidnaps them all, and the police follow them.

The fake Cat burns the Black Cat's car, and the Black Cat decides to attend the grand operation himself.

It turns out that Mamdouh has previously wrongfully accused the Cat of killing his landlord, so he escapes inside a house. Suddenly the house burns down, and the Cat is disfigured. The Cat brings Suhair and Fatima back to the house, the police prepare for the wedding, and Morsi kills Hosni while trying to escape from him.

Mamdouh catches the Black Cat and it turns out to be Awad, Morsi's brother. It turns out that Mamdouh is the fake Cat and that he made this to reach the real Cat. Suhair agrees to marry Mamdouh.
