Maysam, a visually impaired woman, gives birth, and she is upset when her husband doesn't show up at the hospital. Her brother and father quarrel with her husband. Umm Badr (Badr's mother) tries to get him to convince his father to exclusively leave him his fortune.
Saleh asks his friend Nabil to observe his son Badr at the company, and he recalls his quarrels with his wife when he married Badr's mother. Nabil tries to get him to forgive his daughter Maysam.
Abdullah starts working at the company and tells his father he wishes to wed. He threatens to dismiss Salem due to his preoccupation with Maysam and his daughter.
Salem, Maysam's husband, passes away. Saleh has an accident and suffers a brain hemorrhage. Badr quarrels with his sister and refuses to meet her.
Abdullah recalls telling Saleh that his son Badr is fiddling the company's finances. Saleh passes away, and Maysam is kicked out of the apartment when she fails to pay the rent. Nabil tells Abdullah that Saleh asked for his will to not be read before 10 days of his death.
Maysam has a mental breakdown when she learns of her father's death and she is transferred to the hospital. Nabil and his wife look after Maysam and her daughter.
Eissa's mother pays the rent for Maysam's apartment, but Maysam stays at her late father's house, which Badr decides to sell and kicks Maysam out. Maysam stays at Badr's, and his son suffers episodes of enuresis.
Badr is mad when the lawyer refuses to read the will until the ten days pass. Rawia quarrels with Maysam who's staying at her place, and Badr assures her it's a temporary procedure until he gets his father's inheritance.
Rawia consults a psychiatrist to help with her issues with her husband and son. Badr tries to know what's in his father's will, but to no avail.
When Maysam's daughter gets sick, she calls Nabil to take her to the hospital, and Badr quarrels with Nabil and kicks him out. Badr threatens to harm Maysam if she ever goes out without his permission. Rawia tries to get Maysam to leave the house.
Rawia tells her psychiatrist that her trauma is deeply-rooted; as a child, she caused her father an accident he never recovered from. Badr asks Nabil to stay away from Maysam. Umm Badr considers wedding an old friend of hers.
Abdullah tries to help out Maysam and her daughter. Rawia threatens to leave the house if Badr doesn't kick his sister out. Maysam asks Nabil to find her a place to stay at.
Noreya tries to dissuade Laila from marrying Majed. Abdullah's mother suggests to her husband to take Maysam in.
Badr tries to get his sister to write him a procuration. Maysam asks for Rawia's help to convince Badr that she'll stay at her uncle Nabil's.
When the will is read, everyone is shocked to learn that Saleh wrote 80% of his share in the company over to Maysam. Maysam turns tables on Badr and threatens to report him if he sells the house.
Umm Badr suggests to her son to appeal against Saleh's will. Maysam temporarily stays at Nabil's house until she gets her father's house back. Rawia is haunted by nightmares in which she murders her own son.
Abdullah helps Maysam run the company, and Badr offers to run the company and give her the profits instead, which Maysam refuses. Majed has a tragic accident.
Laila learns that Majed's accident took place right after his wife learned of their relationship. Badr is shocked when Laila appoints Abdullah instead of him. An anonymous person breaks into Maysam's house.
Maysam assures Abdullah that the person who broke into her house only wanted to scare her. Majed suspects that his wife has found out about his betrayal. Abdullah grows fond of Maysam.
Maysam appoints Abdullah a general manager, and Badr plots with Khaled to take revenge on her. Abdullah wants to wed Maysam. Rawia asks Badr to plant surveillance cameras in the house for she suspects the maid to have hurt their son.
Majed's wife hires a man to monitor him, and she learns of his relationship with Laila. Maysam accepts to marry Abdullah.
Majed tells Laila that his wife made him choose between herself or Laila, and he chose Laila. Abdullah assures Maysam that he's not marrying her out of pity, and that he truly loves her.
Khaled steals an important document from Abdullah's office. Majed and Laila get married, and Abdullah tells his father he is to wed Maysam the following week.
Badr threatens Abdullah to get him to leave Maysam. Laila travels with Majed. Abdullah learns it was Khaled who stole the document, and Khaled confesses that Badr gave him the keys. Nabil falls unconscious and is rushed to the hospital.
Abdullah learns that his father has brain cancer, and asks him to expedite his marriage to Maysam. Majed asks Laila to inform her son of their marriage. Rawia grows suspicious that the maid deliberately harms the former's son.
Nabil refuses to start treatment and resumes working in the company. Badr threatens Maysam to get her to leave the inheritance to him, and an anonymous man breaks into her house and attacks her.
Maysam is transferred to the hospital and the police investigate the incident. Abdullah sees the camera tapes and learns it was Badr behind the assault. Badr is arrested. Majed quarrels with Laila for wasting all her time and energy on Badr and his problems.
Badr asks Maysam to drop the charges against him, and she tells Abdullah she will. Majed thinks of divorcing his first wife, Hoda. Nabil's health goes downhill.
Badr is released when Maysam drops the charges against him, and she writes over the house to him. Hoda tells Badr that his mother got married. Badr and Rawia beg for Maysam's forgiveness. Badr's son dies
Rawia has a mental breakdown when her son dies. Maysam forgives her brother and his wife, and she and Abdullah get married. Majed reconciles his two wives.
