Adnan tries to convince his father to open up a produce shop to sell produce from their farm, but he refuses. Abu Adnan (Adnan's father) is upset with his son Salem because he doesn't care about the family business. Adnan leaves his father's house, taking all the money with him to start a new life.

Abu Adnan discovers that his son has left and taken all their money. Meanwhile, Adnan meets Amer who decides to help him out.

Salem falls victim of a tragic accident. Meanwhile, Amer tries to know what Adnan is running from, and hires him in his company.

Abu Nabil convinces Abu Adnan to sell the farm for a lucrative price and partner with him on his new project. Meanwhile, Adnan considers taking advantage of his position at the company to do dirty business with clients.

Saad convinces Adnan to travel abroad for work. There, he meets Italian businesswoman Mariam and asks her to marry him. Meanwhile, Abu Adnan and Abu Nabil also travel there for work.

Adnan returns, married to Mariam, and so does Abu Adnan. However, the latter has lost all his money, his children are upset and his wife falls sick. Adnan then refuses to meet with his brother Saleh.

Abu Maged blames Adnan for leaving his family behind and avoiding his brother. He insists on taking back the money Adnan stole before leaving and distributing it among his brothers. Meanwhile, Abu Nabil tells Abu Adnan's children of their father's bankruptcy.

Adnan's mother passes. Meanwhile, Adnan tells his wife he wants to have a child, and suspects Saad is conspiring against him at work.

Saleh and Saad conspire to destroy Adnan. Laila insists on being with Salem regardless of his medical condition.

Hamad blames Saleh for mistreating his father. Meanwhile, Abu Adnan moves in with his son. However, he has many quarrels with his daughter-in-law Mariam so she demands he leaves the house.

Saad discover Saleh has been dealing illegal pills, and asks that they dissolve their partnership.

As Abu Adnan discovers his son's wealth, he decides to use this to his advantage. Abu Nabil asks Hamad to help him with his son's drug problem.

Hamad suspects that there is a connection between Saleh and Nabil's addiction. Meanwhile, Adnan decides to sell all of his stores behind Mariam's back.

Saleh asks Saad to gather information about Adnan's deals in the gold business. Hamad is surprised that Saleh uses his name in his dirty business. Adnan is shocked to know that Mariam has betrayed him and taken all his money.

Salem regains his health and ability to speak. Saad offers to buy Adnan's house and reveals his brother Saleh is behind everything that has happened to him, which drives him insane. Hamad discovers his father is in a nursing home.
