Rashid and Rasha have a car accident, and Manea asks his grandson, Dr. Sami, to treat Al Hanouf and hide the attempt to kill her from the police, but Al Hanouf disappears from the hospital.

Nayef tells Manea about Maryam's marriage to Majed, so Manea imprisons her and tries to abort her baby. His children try to smuggle her out of the house, and Hayat helps them.
Manea becomes angry when he learns of Hayat's assistance to Maryam, and he reveals to Hayat that he put Hossam in her way. Hayyoun disappears and Talal and Zahra believe Manea has kidnapped her. A masked woman poisons Manea and kills him.
Manea's family members receive condolences, and the police officer tells Nayef that his father was killed. Zahra is still searching for her daughter, Hayyoun.
The police interrogate Hayat and suspect she had intentions to kill Manea. Hamad collapses when he learns the news of his father's death.
Nayef asks Musaed to search for evidence of Hayat's murder of Manea. Talal reports the disappearance of his daughter Hayyoun to the police and accuses Manea of that before his death. Sami tries to force Jamila to sell her share in the hospital to him.
Najd confronts her mother about her problems with Manea and accuses her of killing him. Nayef shares with Najd the same accusation against Hayat. Maryam leaves the house and Hamad searches for her.
The police search for Majed, and Saad and Osama break into Manea's house to search for Hayyoun. Nermin decides to leave with her daughter and return to Lebanon, but the police prevent her and accuse her of killing Manea. Jamila obtains a fatwa to have sex reassignment surgery.
The police place Hayat in prison, and Badr decides to search for Majed to prove Hayat's innocence.
Nayef informs his family that he expelled Hamad from the house and prevented him from inheriting in implementation of Manea's will. Everyone is surprised when Manea’s second wife, Maitha, demands her share in her husband's estate.
Nayef agrees with Sami to abort Maitha's baby. Shajan suspects that her mother had a hand in Manea’s murder and tries to tell Badr about it.
Badr discovers Maitha's deception and that she's not pregnant, so she pushes him down the stairs and he falls and bleeds. Najd tries to confront Yasmine about Hayyoun's disappearance and accuses her of being behind it.
Badr is taken to the hospital and falls into a coma. Maitha seeks help from Salem and he tries to hide her in his house. The police accuse Shajan of pushing Badr from the top of the stairs based on Sami’s statements during the questioning.
Shajan stays with Hayat in prison and tells her what happened to Badr. Salem gets rid of Maitha, and Yasmine tells Zahra she suspects that Musaed is hiding Hayyoun.
The police search Musaed's house based on a report from Zahra against him accusing him of hiding Hayyoun. Majed visits Salem and tells him that the police are searching for him. Yasmine suspects Salem and thinks he had a hand in Manea's murder.
Al Anoud and Kholoud suspect that Sami is involved in Hayyoun's disappearance. Rashid is able to prove Hayat's innocence, and Majed is accused of killing Manea.
The Interrogation of Majed continues, and Badr wakes up from the coma and proves Shajan's innocence.
The police release Shajan and question Sami and Nayef for accusing Shajan of her involvement in the assault on Badr. Nayef seeks to return Hayat to prison and prove the charge against her. Shajan asks her mother to return to Lebanon, but she refuses and insists on proving that she's Nayef's daughter.
Nayef quarrels with Hayat and expels her and Talal from the house, and Khaled tries to get closer to Najd.
Khaled extorts money from Sami and threatens to reveal his secret. The latter's trade in human organs becomes clear. Zahra receives a phone call from Hayyoun assuring her that she is still alive.
Zahra informs Talal and Rashid of Yasmine's involvement in Hayyoun's disappearance. Rashid files a report against Musaed for his involvement in Hayyoun's kidnapping.
Nayef assigns a lawyer to defend Majed so that he can get out of prison and he can take revenge on him and his sister Maha. Talal asks Nayef to choose between selling his share in the company or buying Hayat's share to dissolve the partnership between them.
Saad confesses his love to Al Anoud. Dr. Mona confronts Sami about stealing human organs from the hospital. Sarah recalls when her husband Mansour left her and traveled to Afghanistan. Hamad tries to advise Najd to apologize to Hayat and return to her.
Hamad asks Badr to return to his father's house. Nayef begins seizing the company and his father's money. Hayyoun's kidnappers demand a ransom to return her to her home, while Najd falls in love with Khaled. Abu Omar tells Sami that his father is still alive and in the Guantanamo Bay detention camp.
Sami worries about his father's return and reappearance, and Hayyoun's kidnappers choose Saad to hand over the ransom.
Zahra asks Osama to deliver the ransom to Hayyoun's kidnappers instead of Saad. Nasser starts his job in the company with Nayef.
Youssef tries to dissuade Jamila from undergoing sex reassignment surgery, and Sarah asks Abdul Karim to return to work at the hospital. Sami decides to get rid of Khaled so he won't blackmail him again.

As Najd discovers that Hossam donated blood to her while she was receiving treatment after the accident, the doctor tells her that Hossam has brain cancer. Al Anoud leaves home after her mother gets married. Badr also decides to stay away from Shajan.
Hamad remembers his father Manea's cruelty to him in his childhood. Khaled discovers that Mashael is staying in Sami's house. Osama proposes to Zahra that he marry Hayyoun. Jamila returns home and tells Nasser that Nayef is taking his daughter Shajan to their home.

As Nayef becomes paralyzed, Sami takes advantage of the situation and offers Shajan to marry her and recognize that he is her baby's father. Najd and Hossam get married.
Shajan agrees to marry Sami. Maha discovers that she is infected with AIDS, and confronts Hamad about it. Khaled informs Abdul Karim that Sarah’s first husband is alive.
Maya informs Mishari that she's pregnant with Nayef's baby. Abdul Karim divorces Sarah after discovering Mansour's presence in the hospital. Nermin reveals that Shajan is not her daughter, that she is adopted, and that Badr is not Shajan's uncle.
Mona returns to the hospital. Talal turns himself in and confesses to killing Zahra by burning her. Al Anoud marries Nasser. Badr and Shajan get back together. Osama and Hayyoun marry. Maryam returns with her child. Mashael kills Sami, and Mishari informs Nasser of Nayef’s marriage to Maya.
