This series takes place in 2010, dealing with the period before the January 25 Revolution. The show attempts to examine the features of corruption within the Egyptian state, starting with the Interior Ministry (and specifically the police), then the Ministry of Information, and all the way up to the role of the businessmen and so on. It explores corruption and other issues through a variety of perspectives across the social spectrum and aims to find solutions to these problems.
