As Khattab feels remorseful after Karima’s death, he helps Abu Atta (Atta's father) in his crisis. Hind becomes suspicious after seeing a blood-stained hat in Abu Hamdi’s room. As Hamdi learns that Karima had a crush on Khattab, his father asks him to search for her.

Hamdi disguises himself and attacks Khattab in his house. Abu Atta buys a new store to work in. Khattab becomes suspicious of Karima’s death after her father refuses to have her undergo ghusl (be washed), while Karima stays with Umm Daoud (Daoud's mother).

Abu Ashraf is upset after his brother Abu Atta competes with him in selling cotton. Jaber breaks up with Salha and also Atta with Aisha. Ashraf decides to return to Zahariya and she agrees.

Khattab asks Hisham to bring his mother and Saadia to live together. Abu Ashraf’s store is burned at the instigation of Abu Hamdi to drive a wedge between Abu Ashraf and Abu Atta. Amin is imprisoned, but Khattab gets him out.

Abu Hamdi offers Abu Ashraf his help in exchange for ownership of half the store. He agrees, and Abu Atta warns him against partnering with Abu Hamdi, but he insists.

Amin quarrels with Ashraf, while Hamdi incites Ashraf against his cousins, and Khattab decides to set up Abu Hamdi. As Abu Naji returns to the neighborhood, it's revealed that he was married to Umm Atta in the past and that Naji is their son, but no one knows that.

After learning of his marriage to his ex-wife, Abu Naji decides to take revenge on Abu Atta. Aziza decides to kill Khattab. Samah learns about her brother Abu Madi’s killing of Nizar, Khattab’s brother, while Khattab searches for him to take revenge on him.

As Abu Naji decides to expel Abu Atta from his house, he refuses to have his wife, Umm Naji, stay in the house because of her illness.

Ashraf refuses to marry Aisha, while Abu Naji asks Abu Atta to leave the neighborhood, but he refuses.

Aziza tries to poison Khattab but fails. Abu Adnan fires his son, who starts working in Khattab's coffee shop, while Hamdi destroys Khattab's merchandise.

It's revealed that Abu Naji owns half of Abu Atta's house and decides to expel him from the house. Khattab learns that Samah wants a divorce from Abu Hadid and that she wants Abu Nayzak to act on her behalf.

Naziha asks for Sahar's hand in marriage for her son Ashraf, but Abu Naji refuses. Men instigated by Abu Hamdi attack Abu Atta's children. Abu Naji buys half of Abu Ashraf's store from Abu Hamdi.

Khattab helps Samah and her mother. Abu Hamdi learns that Karima is in the neighborhood. It turns out that Fariza's father has forced her to divorce Abu Hamdi after he traveled to Istanbul. Khattab buys Abu Ashraf’s house and gives it to Abu Atta because he helped him in the past.

Aziza steals Khattab's gold and tells the police that there was a thief who entered the house. Khattab is detained after the police saw a weapon in his house.

Khattab comes out of prison and threatens Abu Hamdi in front of the people of the neighborhood. Abu Naji refuses to give half of the store to Abu Ashraf, who divorces Naziha after she insulted his family.

Abu Ashraf sells the shop to Abu Naji, while Abu Madi decides to reconcile with Khattab, who decides to take his land from Abu Hamdi.

The Directorate requests the house of Abu Atta at the instigation of Abu Naji. Aziza joins forces again with her brother Abu Shukri to take revenge on Khattab.

Abu Ashraf asks his brother for forgiveness. Abu Hamdi doesn't believe that Umm Fikri had breastfed Jaber, so he can't marry Kawkab.

Abu Fikri is fired from his job and placed in prison. Abu Atta decides to leave his wife. Abu Naji decides to fight Abu Atta in his livelihood. Hind learns that Mahrous was in Abu Hamdi’s house before he was killed.

Hind confirms that Kawkab is Jaber's foster sister and Abu Fikri returns to work. Aziza asks Umm Atta for Zahariya's hand in marriage but she refuses. Hamdi kills Abu Ashraf so that he doesn't reveal that Mahrous was in their house before he was killed.

Abu Atta suspects that Abu Naji killed his brother. After investigation, it's revealed that the dagger with which Abu Ashraf was killed belonged to Abu Hisham, as Aziza had given it to Abu Hamdi to frame Khattab.

Aziza tells Hind that Khattab killed Abu Ashraf to get rid of him. Abu Hamdi tells his sister Hind the truth about him killing Mahrous and Karima escaping.

As Fariza's scandals spread in the neighborhood with Abu Naji, she decides to reveal the truth that Naji is her son. Naji quarrels with Abu Atta's children. Samah learns about Abu Hadid's murder.

Umm Atta asks for a divorce from her husband. Abu Hamdi incites men to quarrel with Khattab and put him in prison. Umm Daoud fears for Karima after the return of her sister’s son, Fathi.

Khattab learns that Abu Hamdi sent Mahrous to Istanbul for Abu Naji’s return. The Directorate asks Abu Atta to evacuate the house.

Abu Naji decides to trap Abu Hamdi, whom Abu Madi fails to kill. Aziza asks for Kawkab’s hand in marriage for Hisham. Hind forces Abu Hamdi to make Abu Atta live in his house.

Samah goes to Khattab with her mother. Abu Naji is killed at the instigation of Abu Hamdi after the maid poisons his food.

Hind fears the scandal after learning that her brother is a murderer. Abu Adnan forces his daughter to marry Ramzi, while Khattab decides to marry Samah.

Ramzi marries Wafaa. Abu Al-Sayd attacks Samah and Khattab intervenes and saves her. Abu Hamdi forces Abu Adnan to remarry his ex-wife.

Naji and Amin stab each other after a quarrel breaks out between them after Naziha spread an inappropriate conversation about Umm Atta and her daughters.

Khattab learns that Aziza is plotting against him. Abu Adnan steals his wife’s property. Amin and Naji recover. Adnan is released from prison after his sister Wafaa helps him.

Abu Madi decides to kill Abu Hamdi, but he shoots Hamdi by mistake. Naji learns the truth that Fariza is his mother. Shukria escapes after Khattab detained her to find out the truth.

As Khattab makes certain that Aziza wants to get rid of him, he expels her from his house, but Aziza accuses him of killing Abu Ashraf, and Khattab gets imprisoned. Naji returns to Istanbul. Khattab escapes from prison with the help of his men.

Aziza kicks Nabiha out of the house. Wafiqa dies after her struggle with illness. Shukria tells Khattab the truth about Abu Hamdi killing Khuju in order not to expose their marriage. Khattab saves Karima before Fathi attacks her.

Khattab's innocence is revealed after he brings Karima back to the neighborhood and Shukria confesses. Abu Hamdi, Aziza, and her brother are arrested. Khattab and Karima get married. Abu Madi kills Abu Hamdi before his execution.
