The story has three primary lines, starting in Saudi Arabia, where Obeid organizes an extremist cell to launch terrorist attacks. The same organization has Syrian members Hamza, Khaled, and Abu Bilal in Jordan. In London, Abu Dharar, the extremist leader, faces a double bind when his daughter, Alaa, becomes a terrorist and plans a suicide operation.
