Alia, who is studying in London, wonders why Eissa hasn't written to her in three weeks. The post office hires a new person (Yusuf) responsible for P.O. Box 1003, which belongs to Eissa. Curiosity drives Yusuf to take one of the letters.

Yusuf feels guilty about taking the letters, but he opens them and finds them from Aliaa. He starts to think about her.

Yusuf feels guilty and happy with the letters at the same time. Aliaa still sends letters to Eissa and remembers their first letters to each other. Aliaa's brother faints and goes for medical tests.

It is still unclear what Abdalla is suffering from. His mother wants to inform Aliaa. Aliaa is still waiting for a reply from Eissa. Yusuf still thinks about Aliaa and wants to reply back to her letters under Eissa's name.

Yusuf and his friend go to Eissa's house to retrieve the old letters. Yusuf's sister goes to university where she meets a religious group of girls. Aliaa's father and mother face difficulties in their relationship.

After Yusuf goes through Alia's letters with Eissa, he decides to send her a letter himself, and gets a typewriter to hide the difference in handwriting. In the meantime, Alia is still waiting to hear from Eissa.

Yusuf writes his first letter to Alia, saying that he was involved in an accident where he injured his right hand, which is the reason he is using a typewriter. Alia's father calls her and tells her that he's coming to London, but asks her not to tell her mother.

The relationship between Alia's parents is strained, resulting in divorce. Alia is shocked by the news. She receives the letter from "Eissa" and when she replies back, Yusuf is ecstatic.

Yusuf is preoccupied with Alia and wants to ask her to send her picture, and Laila reprimands Yusuf on his promises to her and reminds him of his love for her, and tells him that she knows about the messages, and Alia's father is feeling at ease with his partner Samira.

Yusuf is constantly thinking about Alia and wants to ask her for a picture. Laila confronts Yusuf and asks him what happened to the love between them, and then admits that she knows about the letters. Alia's father enjoys the company of Samira, his colleague at work.

Yusuf informs his father that he is leaving for London. Alia waits for Eissa's arrival. Laila goes to Yusuf's friend and threatens to go to Eissa's house because she knows about the letters Yusuf has been sending. Nora, Alia's brother's wife, tries to convince him that Alia needs to return from abroad.

Yusuf discovers among the letters of Eissa, a message to his sister Ghaya and when he confronts his sister, she told him that he's a friend and didn't answer his message. Yusuf is getting ready to travel and goes to the airport and Alia is waiting for Eissa to arrive.

Yusuf travels to London and Alia is waiting to see him. Alia's father traveled to London but they haven't met yet. Laila goes to Eissa's house and tells his father that Yusuf wasn't supposed to take Eissa'a letters even after his death. She's considering writing to Alia and telling her the truth about Yusuf.

Yusuf hasn't met Alia yet, and Alia can't wait to meet him. Alia's father has not yet met Alia. He has traveled alone without Samira. Laila is looking for Alia's address to tell her the truth.

Yusuf thinks of Alia all the time but they haven't met yet. Yusuf's friend wants to marry Laila, while everyone knows that she loves Yusuf and his wife wants to keep her husband from Laila. Laila sends a message to Alia.

Yusuf and Alia meet, and she finds out that he's impersonating Eissa. Alia's father decides to surprise her and plans to meet Alia in the same restaurant where she's meeting Yusuf. Someone proposes to Ghaya and she requests to talk to him privately.

After their disappointing first meeting, Yusuf thought Alia would only care about personality not appearances. Alia's father tells her that he wants to meet her again but she says she's meeting with Yusuf. Laila wants to know the result of her action.

Yusuf is still upset about his meeting with Alia. Ghaya tells her mother that she doesn't want to get married, and her mother gets angry, thinking it's against customs. Abdullah begins his own project and everyone expects him to succeed.

Latifa is taken to the hospital after her fall. Laila is waiting for Yusuf's arrival. Eissa's father goes to look for Yusuf. Alia and Yusuf meet for the second time and talk.

Ghaya becomes an influential member in the association. Yusuf's visit did not come as expected, and Alia doesn't want to meet him again. His visit ends in London and he returns back. Laila is waiting for Yusuf's arrival to know if he has feelings for Alia.

Ghaya wants to leave the association, but Nora wants to keep her. Ghaya defies the Council and rejects the decision not to complete the activities of the exhibition. Alia thinks of Eissa while holding a letter. Yusuf wishes if he did not travel there.

Alia wants to travel, and her friend is trying to convince her not to. Laila still loves Yusuf , and his friend still wants to marry her. Alia's father decides to return and Abdul Rahman is working on his project with Samira.

Alia's father doesn't feel well, Alia urges him to do some tests. Alia and her father return to UAE. Latifa agrees to get married, and the wedding preparations are underway.

Laila tells Alia the truth about Yusuf and his impersonation of Eissa. Latifa celebrates her wedding and her brother arrives and tells them his objection to her marriage.

Laila tells Yusuf that Alia is in Abu Dhabi. Nora stands in the way of everyone and shows her objection to her husband's negative attitude. Laila tries in every way to win Yusuf again.

Laila meets Alia and Abdulrahman. Yusuf is looking for Laila. Eissa's father decides to leave the place, and the conflict between Nora and her husband's family is increasing.

Laila and Alia exchange talk about Yusuf and go to visit Eissa's home. Yusuf wants Laila to help him meet Alia. Abdullah wants to talk to Laila at work.

Although Latifa's case is rejected and her marriage is not accepted by her family, she tells them that they didn't stand by her when she needed them. Yusuf asks Ghaya to help him talk to Alia. Yusuf tells Alia the truth and she listens to him and then leaves.

Ghaya tries to explain to Alia how much Yusuf loves her. Yusuf looks back at when he started working in the post office until he met Alia and how he felt about Laila before he knew Alia, and what happened to him from the P.O. 1003.

Ghaya becomes friends with Alia. Alia puts her last letter in the mailbox before she returns to London, and Yusuf receives it. He's fired from work because of his dishonesty. Laila discusses her project with Abdullah and Alia's father decides to marry Samira.
