The story of an Upper Egyptian woman whose husband gets killed by their village mayor. Despite being a lonely widow, she insists on avenging her husband and taking revenge on the mayor in various ways.

In the heart of Upper Egypt, particularly in the Al-Safwaniya village, the widowed Nasra persists in trying to avenge her husband, who was murdered by the village mayor, Harun. Will her efforts end in success?

A continuation of the previous seasons, the series depicts the ongoing conflict between Nasra and the tyrannical mayor Harun, as Nasra's influence extends and she decides to run for the parliament, defying Harun and making his blood boil.

The fourth season highlights the time of the revolution between the 25th of January 2011 and until the 30th of June 2013, specifically how the Muslim Brotherhood's reign affected the Upper Egyptian society. The season ends with a series of staggering events.

The series continues where it left off last season, in which things are heating up between Nasra and Mayor Harun, especially after the imprisonment of Nasra for the second time because of Harun's false accusations.
