A journalist named Faris Mahran investigates the case of a teacher who returned from Kuwait is accused of being in possession of heroin. He discovers that someone planted the drugs on her, so he goes to Al Batniah neighborhood to obtain evidence of her innocence, but he mistakenly uses drugs himself, which puts him in a state of daze that takes him on dangerous adventures.
