Badr quarrels with his two sisters, Nashmiya and Hilala, because they interfere in his marital life and try to separate him from his wife, Rasha. Khaled seeks to partner Hilala in the clothing showroom she owns, and Saud admires his colleague Nashmiya.

Saud and Khaled propose marriage to Nashmiya and Hilala, but the latter discovers that Khaled is married and has children. Nashmiya has a car accident in which her face is disfigured, so Saud leaves her and avoids her engagement.

Doctor Majed treats Nashmiya from all the wounds on her face. Saud tries to return to her and ask for her hand again. Hilala discovers that Khaled has taken over her gallery.

Hilala agrees with nurse Faisal and doctor Majed to claim that she is suffering from a serious illness and that she is about to die, so that Khaled can transfer her property to her again.

Hilala succeeds in returning the showroom to her and quarrels with Majed because he exploited her sister’s medical condition in his medical article, but Nashmiya admires Majed.

Hilala agrees to drop the lawsuit against Majed, and Faisal tells Nashmiya that Majed likes her

Majed quarrels with Faisal for revealing information about him to Hilala. Majed's sister Hessa visits Nashmiya's house and asks for her hand in marriage for Majed. Faisal agrees with one of the patients to deceive Majed and tell him that he is Nashmiya's fiancé.

Majed reveals Faisal and Nashmiya's deception regarding her fiancé, and Majed asks Badr to set a date for his wedding to Nashmiya.

Hilala incites Nashmiya against Majed, so he complains to Badr about Hilala's interference in his relationship with Nashmiya. The wedding takes place, and Hilala decides to travel with Majed and Nashmiya on their honeymoon.

Majed is upset by Hilala's visit to Nashmiya on her honeymoon. Hilala claims that a gang kidnapped her. Problems flare up between Majed and Nashmiya because of Hilala, and the latter sneaks into their apartment and is accused of robbing it.

Faisal files a report against Hilala for killing Doctor Majed, but the latter solves the problem and she is released from prison. Faisal and Hilala agree to falsely claim that she is seriously ill so that Nashmiya leaves her home and stays with her.

Majed claims that he has a serious illness so Nashmiya returns home, and Hilala leaves her home and stays with her sister. Majed insists that she undergo a doctor’s tests to confirm her illness.

Majed discovers Faisal and Hilala's deception and fires him from work. Hilala seeks to sow doubt in her sister's heart regarding her husband, Majed, of the existence of a relationship between him and his patient.

Majed reveals to Nashmiya that her sister Hilala has deceived her and that he has no relationship with any patient. Hessa tries to reconcile the matter between Majed and his wife, and the latter tries to convince Faisal to marry Hilala.

Majed is shocked when Faisal and Hilala decide to rent an apartment close to Nashmiya's house after getting married. Hilala resents that Faisal's mother is staying with her. Nashmiya tells Majed she's pregnant, but when Hilala keeps interfering, he divorces her, but Hessa reconciles them.
