Abu Ziyad's children are upset about his marriage to a Moroccan woman. Majed wants to marry his cousin Abeer. Moudi is trying to convince her husband, Musab, to sell his father's car showroom and set up a new project.
Musab tries to convince Maryam to marry Moudi's brother, Amer. Abu Majed tries to console Umm Ziyad (Ziyad's mother) following his brother's marriage to another woman.
After thieves rob Abu Musab's showroom and beat him, he is taken to the hospital in a serious condition. Mazen and Ziyad agree to open their own company.

Ziyad marries Lulua without the knowledge of his wife Noura; Moudi's brother dies in an accident; Mazen forces El Ghazia to marry Masoud after her divorce from Jamil.
After Ziyad discovers Sondos' relationship with Sila, he tries to kill her and bury her, but her mother saves her, and Lulua learns that she is pregnant.
Nawal asks Musab to get back together with Moudi, and Abu Ziyad tells Abu Majed that Abeer has epilepsy. As Ziyad gets angry following Lulua's pregnancy and asks her to have an abortion, they have an accident and Lulua dies.

Umm Ahmed refuses her son's marriage to Abeer after discovering her illness, so Majed seeks once again to persuade Ziyad and his father to agree to his marriage to her. Sondos commits suicide, and Moudi becomes pregnant.
Abeer marries Majed; El Ghazia runs away from her husband's house; Abeer proposes to her brother Ziyad to marry her friend Maryam.
Abu Majed treats Abeer badly, and Abu Musab tries to convince Maryam to marry Ziyad. As El Ghazia becomes pregnant, Hind makes her think that Masoud is sterile, and causes her to miscarry.

Ziyad resents Asma's control over his father and her request to appoint her father as the director of the company. Years pass and Ziyad fathers a son, Khaled. Mazen gets married, and he tries to sow doubts in Ziyad's heart towards his wife, Maryam, as revenge.
Ziyad tries to kill Maryam after thinking that she is unfaithful, and leaves his son in front of the social welfare home, believing that he is not his father. He flees abroad and everyone searches for him, while Munira's mother rescues Maryam, who has lost her memory.
Mazen's wife quarrels with him and asks for a divorce. The police find Ziyad's car in a lake and tell his family that they believe he and his wife are dead, while Ziyad remains a fugitive in a European country.
Ziyad begs in the streets, and his father suffers a heart attack and is taken to the hospital, while Asma abandons him. After Abu Ziyad dies, Abu Asma takes over the company.
Mazen becomes an alcoholic, and his life deteriorates. Majed agrees with Abeer to restore their shares in the company, and he threatens Abu Asma with imprisonment.
Maryam regains her memory but refuses to return to her old life. Ziyad works for a foreign woman on her farm, and the police arrest him on charges of theft. Mazen confesses to his sister El Ghazia about what he did with Maryam and Ziyad, and Asma loses her money on the stock exchange.
As the Austrian police interrogate Ziyad, they call the Saudi embassy, and he is deported to his country and imprisoned on charges of killing his wife. Musab discovers Maryam's whereabouts.
