News spreads about a dangerous serial killer who kills women by strangulation. Azza waits for the return of her fiancé, the musician Hamdi, after his concert. Zeenat tries to restore the relationship between her and Hamdi to no avail. On the road, Hamdi suffers a car accident.

The police forces succeed in killing the dangerous serial killer. Hamdi loses his fingers in the accident. Doctor Burhan is forced to perform surgery and transfer the serial killer’s hand to Hamdi’s hand in order to save him. Hamdi and Azza’s wedding takes place and Zeenat decides to take revenge on him.

Hamdi feels all the time that his hand is strange to him, and he is obsessed with the serial killer killing women with his own hands. Azza finds the body of a strangled dog in the house and tries to help Hamdi return to playing music.

Hamdi leaves the house and stays in a hotel. The thief Wanis agrees with Samiha to get closer to Hamdi and seize his money. Azza reports Hamdi’s disappearance to the police, and Wanis listens to the latter’s talk about his suffering because of the murderer’s hand that haunts him.

Hamdi refuses to return home with Azza, and Wanis seeks to force Hamdi to cooperate with him in his criminal operations. It becomes clear that Wanis wants to take revenge on Hamdi, who was the reason for his failure to work in music previously.

Wanis attends Hamdi's birthday party and tries to attract the attention of Azza and those attending. He sows doubt in Azza's heart towards Hamdi and tells her that there is a relationship between him and Samiha.

Hamdi prepares to hold a big concert. Wanis meets the murderer’s wife and tells her that her husband’s hands are transferred to Hamdi after his death. Wanis agrees with Zeenat to help her restore her relationship with Hamdi.

Zeenat tries to make Azza jealous and tells her that Hamdi's relationship with her continues. The serial killer's wife files a report to the police to perform an autopsy on his body again.

The serial killer's wife tries to meet Hamdi, and the latter quarrels with Zeenat and asks her to stay away from him. Then Wanis meets her and an argument ensues between them, which ends with her being killed.

The police investigate Zeenat's murder, and Wanis threatens Hamdi to tell the police about his presence at her house and accuses him of killing her.

Samiha confronts Wanis about his killing of Zeenat. Hamdi’s psychological state becomes tense, and Mohib, Zeenat’s ex-boyfriend, tries to communicate with Hamdi, so Samiha seeks to warn Hamdi of Wanis’ evil and revenge against him.

Azza supports Hamdi and convinces him to hold a new concert. Samiha tells Azza of Wanis’ desire to take revenge on Hamdi for competing with him at work.

Azza seeks the help of the police to protect Hamdi. The latter thinks that the police are raiding the house to arrest him, so he escapes, kills Wanis and Samiha, and the police arrest him. It becomes clear that Doctor Burhan transferred the hand of a thief other than the hand of the murderer to Hamdi.
