When Youssef Al-Sherif and his wife have two sons, Youssef has their future all planned out. But his plans for his sons are derailed as the eldest, Omar, becomes a failed lawyer and the youngest, Nour, becomes an unsuccessful actor. Youssef decides to rob a tomb.

Youssef enlists his sons' help to rob the tomb of a pharaonic magician. After Youssef is cursed and turns into a rat, Omar and Nour are transferred to a mental institution when they try to tell an officer that their father is a rat.

As Nour and Omar plot to break out of the mental institution, Youssef slips away to go home to his wife. His wife tries to kill the rat she sees, unaware that it's her husband.

Nour proposes to Laila and tells her about the curse that has afflicted his father. Laila suggests that they return to the tomb where they find a papyrus paper that might help them break the curse. They enlist the help of Laila's uncle to translate it for them.

As the brother and Laila go to Luxor to meet Laila's uncle, Dr. Bakar, they find him on the verge of suicide due to a broken heart. As they try to reunite him with his sweetheart, they discover that she's a married woman whose husband beats Bakar.

Bakar casts a spell to remove the curse but it backfires and turns Youssef into a sheep, just in time for Eid Al-Adha.

When Nour misses the play he is starring in, the director invokes the penalty clause in his contract. Nour claims that he donated his kidney to Laila to avoid paying the director.

Nour and Omar enlist the help of a charlatan to break the curse but she only succeeds in turning him into a lion. As the brother put their lionized father in Nour's room, he manages to thwart a scheme to hurt Omar by one of his opponents.

Nour and Omar decide to have their father join the circus to make money. As they grow famous, Nour lands his first main role in a play. Omar neglects his work and nearly forgets the date of his case against a corrupt businessman.

Bakar casts a spell that turns Youssef back into a rat. Omar tries to find a witness to the murder that the businessman committed. A group of thieves steal Youssef's car and commit a crime.

When Youssef's car is found in a lake, their mother mistakenly believes that her husband has died. Omar finds the witness, Mariam, who informs him that there is a video of the businessman putting heroin in baby powder bottles. Omar enlists Nour's help to get the video.

Nour manages to copy the video to a flash drive but it gets stolen along with his bag. The businessman's gang breaks into Mariam's house to kill her but they don't find her.

Nour enlists the help of a thief to retrieve his bag and the flash drive but the thief, Saber Al-Roba'y, gets him involved in his crimes which makes him late to his own engagement party. It turns out that the gang stole Nour's bag and filled it with drugs in an attempt to frame Omar.

After Omar is sentenced to five years in prison, he meets the corrupt businessman, Abu Raya, who recruits a number of prisoners to harm Omar. Nour and Mariam try to find a way to prove Omar's innocence.

Nour and Omar plan to prove the innocence of a prisoner for money. As Nour successfully manages to get a recording that proves his accuser's falsehoods, Nour and Omar grow famous and they get requests for help from a lot of prisoners.

When Laila gets involved with a restaurant owner, Nour uses his father to defame the restaurant and prove that it has rats. Omar is sent to work in the prison's laundry room.

Nour manages to find the guy who framed Omar and turns him in. As Omar is released, he joins Nour and Mariam in recording the delivery of a drug shipment to prove Abu Raya's guilt.

When Nour and Omar are caught by the gang, Laila and Mariam's attempt to rescue them by getting Youssef to untie them is derailed when Bakar casts a new spell that turns Youssef into a turtle.

Omar confesses his love for Mariam. Abu Raya threatens Omar and sets his house on fire.

Nour plots revenge on Abu Raya and his son. As the brother decides to blow up Aby Raya's car, they get their uncle-in-law, a chemistry teacher, to make a bomb that Youssef puts under the car.

When Kamal Abu Raya is injured in the explosion, his father suspects some of his business partners. Omar's cousin believes that Omar wants to marry her and gets depressed when she discovers that she is mistaken. Omar is asked to go out with her to help cure her but Mariam sees them together.

As Menna comes to terms with Omar's rejection, Omar and Mariam reconcile. Nour gets a role as an extra in a movie.

Bakar's newest attempt to break the curse leaves Youssef as a duck. Mariam's mother returns from traveling and asks to see Omar.

As Youssef gets the bird flu, Omar and Nour get Bakar to turn him back into a rat but he continues to deteriorate. Mariam reads an article about a guy called Tamer Hagras who can break the curse of the pharaohs.

Omar and Nour find an elderly Tamer Hagras who tells them that a curse turned him to an old man. Tamer tells the brother that they need a papyrus paper that is located in a bazaar that belongs to a woman called Salma Hayek.

Tamer prepares to translate the papyrus paper to break the curse. Abu Bakr Ezzat decides to get revenge on Abu Raya and his son after the former burns down one of his warehouses.

Abu Bakr Ezzat gives the flash drive to Nour and Omar. Laila gets a job offer that necessitates her residence in Dubai for ten months.

The brothers double-cross Abu Raya and his son. Tamer locates the second papyrus paper that will enable them to break the curse. Laila is upset when Nour encourages her to go to Dubai.

Despite their best efforts, Nour and Omar are unable to break the curse which infuriates their father and he starts to belittle them. When their mother stands up to him, he reconsiders his stance and starts to help his sons.

Abu Raya is sentenced to death but he manages to escape and kidnap Omar. As he is rescued, Youssef returns to his human form after his sons cast a spell on him in the tomb. Nour wins the Best Actor award but Youssef turns into a seal during the ceremony.
