Dr. Sameh proposes to the director of a psychiatric hospital to host some psychiatric patients in a house with him in order to conduct his studies. As Mounir goes to meet his family, they freak out because of his discharge from the hospital.

As Sameh visits Mounir's family, his wife refuses to meet Mounir with his daughter Soha. After Ayman terrorizes Fouad, he ascends to the roof of the villa but is rescued by Nisreen. Dr. Walid offers to Marwan to move to Sameh’s house, as the mysterious past between them becomes clear.

Sameh meets Marwan who escapes from the hospital to Sameh's clinic. As Sameh witnesses the hysteria of Hayat, he seeks to discover her past after she calms down.

Marwan refuses to cooperate and open up to Sameh. As Mounir returns to visit his family with Sameh to figure out the reasons behind them avoiding him, he goes to visit his old work colleague.

Hayat tells Sameh how her father beat her and she ran away from the house after she witnessed a murder. Sameh uses intimidation policy with Marwan.

Fouad recalls his memories with his fiancée and how he suffered in talking to her because of his shyness and his mother’s control over him. Najwa talks to Sameh about her daughter Amal, the mental patient, and about her obsession with being slim. Marwan hides his papers from Sameh.

Marwan raises Mounir's suspensions about the doctors' attempt to kill him; Nisreen finds out. Sameh discovers the reason for Mounir's rejection of the fact that he was forced to retire from political work and journalism.

An unknown person vandalizes Sameh’s car after visiting Mounir’s house. Hayat is mad at Mounir and confronts him when he tries to rebuke Nisreen. Amal finds out about her family’s deception to get her to meet Sameh. A mysterious letter arrives for Walid.

Fouad remembers when Iman abandoned him because of his mother. Ayman tells Nisreen of his feelings towards her. The unknown guy lights a fire in front of the clinic which causes the patients to panic. Soha visits Mounir despite her mother’s refusal.

Marwan cuts off the electricity in the clinic and breaks into Sameh’s office to tamper with his papers. Soha reprimands her mother for neglecting Mounir. Nisreen feels suspicious of Marwan’s talk about weapons.

When Sameh forces Fouad to visit Iman, he flees. Amal begins visiting Sameh. Sameh and Nisreen grow closer. Ayman has a meltdown when Sameh puts pressure on him. Iman tells Sameh about the details of her relationship with Fouad.

Marwan interrogates the staff at the clinic to find out what drugs they are providing to the patients. Walid demands to stop Sameh’s experiment, which strains the relationship between them. Marwan warns Sameh about the failure of his treatment for Mounir by making pottery with his colleagues.

Sameh explains to Mounir's family the reason for his condition and gives them the choice to help him with his treatment. Sameh tracks news about Fouad’s family, who suffers a setback while talking about them. Ayman warns Nisreen of Marwan's manipulation of them. Walid and Samir visit the clinic.

The patients refuse to deal with Samir and Walid, which provokes Sameh’s anger. Ayman collapses when Sameh mentions Omaima’s name in front of him. When Fouad tampers with Sameh’s belongings, the latter thinks that Ayman is the one who did it. Marwan escapes from the clinic at night.

As a temporary decision is issued to suspend Sameh’s experiment, it is decided to return the patients to the hospital, but they protest in Samir’s office. Walid threatens to harm Marwan if he does not tell him of what is going on between him and Sameh. Sameh offers talks to resume the trial.

Walid injects Marwan with sedatives to control him; Sameh finds out and suspects it. A decision is issued to return patients to the clinic. Fouad confesses to Sameh that Walid convinced him that Sameh had given him sedatives.

As Sameh takes the patients on a trip, Fouad experiences phobia from being exposed to an accident. Ayman remembers the days of his kidnapping and torture and admits to Sameh that someone kidnapped and killed Omaima.

After Ayman visits his sister, Sameh discovers that his real name is Hussam and that he has been tortured in prison, while his sister suffers from a loss of speech after she regains consciousness. Sameh assigns a colleague to treat Amal.

As Sameh’s colleague starts Amal’s treatment instead of him, she cooperates with her. Sameh brings Ayman’s sister to the clinic for treatment with him. Sameh persuades Mounir's two daughters to visit him.

The unknown guy breaks into Sameh’s car and informs him that he is a general whose name is Khaled; Sameh begins to inquire about him and brings him to the clinic. Jamila’s mother seeks to marry her daughter to Sameh. Sameh investigates an old crime of assault that Hayat was exposed to.

The doctor advises Najwa to ignore Amal's actions. Nisreen gets closer to Khaled to find out the truth about him. Sameh’s friend comes to the clinic, which makes Nisreen jealous.

When Marwan lights a mannequin on fire, it scares Ayman and brings him terrible memories; his sister helps him after she recovers.

Fouad is surprised when he finds an animal head on his bed, as suspicions revolve around Marwan because of the blood on his hand. Ayman avoids facing reality after talking about his mother.

Fouad escapes from the clinic. Sameh finds out that Marwan has been listening to his conversations with Nisreen. Sameh continues to press Ayman to confirm whether he suffers from schizophrenia or memory loss.

When Nisreen confronts Sameh about neglecting the patients, he accuses her of being the one who manipulates them. Marwan escapes from the hospital. Fouad confines Iman at his home.

Sameh rescues Iman before the police come and returns Fouad to the clinic after discovering that he had stolen money to marry Iman. Haifa brings her brother's belongings to Sameh.

Mounir returns to visit his former colleague, Safwan. As Walid spreads rumors of a relationship between Sameh and Hayat, he keeps her in the hospital, so Marwan threatens him to return her.

Sameh takes Hayat to the police station to testify against the gang whose crime she witnessed. Sameh uses a new treatment with Ayman that helps him remember his travel abroad.

Iman reconciles with Fouad despite his remorse, as she confesses her feelings towards him. After the hospital clinic is robbed, Walid demands an investigation with Marwan.

As Marwan manipulates Walid's mind, he confesses to Sameh what he's doing. As Marwan is stabbed and taken to the hospital, everyone believes it is a suicide attempt.

Ayman regains his full memory and is cured. It's revealed that Walid and Khaled are in cahoots, and that Walid is the one who turned Ayman into an addict; Mona's eldest daughter reconciles with him. Marwan survives.

As Marwan confesses his feelings to Haifa, she refuses to marry him to take care of Ayman. Mounir returns to his family. The police discover Walid and Khaled's complicity and that the latter stabbed Marwan.
