Laila is accused of killing Al Basha, and Amjad tries to save her and seeks to confess to killing him. At the same time, Faten tries to convince her father to return to work at the company and to keep Issam away because of his corruption.
Abu Faten gets angry because Issam insists on his sister marrying Abu Rafid. It turns out that Hani’s plotted with Rana to seize the company’s money, and Amjad marries Faten despite Issam’s opposition.
Jawdat informs Amjad of his decision to marry Rana. Amjad objects to Faten giving up her share in the company to her brother Issam, and the latter bargains with Amjad to acquit his sister of the murder charge in exchange for his abandoning Faten.
