Weighed down by his difficult financial conditions and his failure to improve his children's lives, Abu Mansour (Mansour's father) grows upset as his children work hard to improve their living conditions.

Hesham buys a car and starts working as a driver. As Zahia falls for Mansour, she tries to confess her feelings for him, but her feelings are not reciprocated.

Amer is over the moon after Ghada informs him that she reciprocates his feelings. Hanady starts working as a cleaning lady to aid her husband Reda, who is imprisoned.

Reda is sentenced to 25 years in prison. When Hanady's supervisor comes onto her, she quits her job. Amer starts working as a carver.

Reda asks Hanady to reconcile with her family and go back to them. Umm Nagy and her husband try to help Hanady.

As Ghada meets Amer behind her family's backs, she opposes her mother's wish to marry her off. Adel confesses his love for Batoul.

Hanady's mother refuses to forgive her for marrying Reda against their will. Reda separates from Hanady after he receives his sentence. As Amer beats Ghada's brother, he flees to Beirut with Mofaq's help.

Abu Mansour clears the air after Amer's incident. Hesham starts to care for Hanady. Batoul visits Adel at his house.

Zahia rejoices when Mansour informs her that he will ask for her hand. Hanady falls for Hesham.

Hesham starts treating his wife differently. It's revealed that Mansour is using the affections of girls for his own gain. Amer goes back home.

As Ghada's family forces her to wed Saeid, Amer is left reeling from the shock. Hesham marries Hanady.

As Mansour goes through a lot of problems at work, his spirits plummet, especially as Abu Zaki learns that he has been meeting his daughter, Zahia, in secret. Hesham informs Hanaa's family that he took another wife.

When Reda gets released, he goes looking for Hanady. Adel prepares to travel abroad. Loai asks Abu Mansour for Mayada's hand in marriage.

Zahia refuses to marry Mansour. Reda threatens Hanady to kill Hesham if she doesn't get a divorce.

Mansour tries to fix his relationship with Zahia and decides to ask for her hand. Reda tells Hesham that he wants to remarry Hanady. Adel and Batoul travel to France.

As Reda beats Hesham, Mansour comes to Hesham's aid. Ghada leaves her husband's house after he beats her, prompting him to separate from her.

When Jaber passes away, he leaves the earnings he got from selling steroids with Amer, who hides the information from Abu El Kheir and decides to take the money for himself.

Mayada and Loai get engaged. When Amer returns to the Levant with the money, his father grows suspicious when he notices that he always has money.

As Reda continues to pursue her, Hanady's spirits plummet. Abu El Kheir arrives in the Levant to look for Amer.

After Reda puts him through hell, Hesham leaves Hanady and decides to go back to his wife, Hanaa. Ghada rejoices when she sees Amer.

Hanaa returns to her house after Hesham apologizes to her. Mansour and Zahia get engaged. As Amer proposes to Ghada, her family approves their marriage.

Noticing how Amer is spending money left and right, Mayada grows suspicious of where he got the money. Abu El Kheir threatens Amer to give the money back.

As Adel returns to his family, it's revealed that he wed a French girl while he was abroad. Abu Ahmed frames Loai for a crime he did not commit.

Mansour's girlfriend serves him her own brand of revenge. Amer and Ghada get engaged. Abu El Kheir continues to threaten Amer.

As Amer continues to refuse to give back the money, Abu El Kheir's friend sets him on fire, leaving Amer disfigured.
