Ajaj tries to tell Abu Yasmine that Salama is the same Alqam who stole the gold with Hizbuna. The latter seeks to make Ajaj believe that she loves him, and a major theft occurs in the market.
Abu Yasmine provides evidence of Ajaj's theft to the market, so the police chief investigates the matter. Ajaj reveals to the latter and Yasmine that he came looking for his father in the city and that his father's ring is found in the gold that Alqam stole.
