The events begin in Najd in the Arabian Peninsula and end in Tunisia. It follows the story of a child who was born with brown skin to white parents and how he sparked a crisis within the tribe, which led to his and his mother being expelled from it and then his journey outside the tribe and returning to it, and how his journey began with his people towards Morocco.
