The honeymoon trip of a newlywed couple turns into a deadly nightmare after they find themselves being stalked by psychopaths in the tropical islands of Hawaii.

A loving married couple decide to spend their annual vacation on the islands of Hawaii. Their hopes for a quiet vacation are dashed however when a string of murders take place. Events take a disturbing twist when they learn that the murders are attributed to a group of mental patients. To make matters worse, they also discover that they could be next on their list.
