A married couple are faced with a life-altering test, as they're offered a mysterious box that will grant them $1 million but in exchange it will cause the death of a person they know nothing about.

A married couple, deeply in need of financial help, come across a curious box. They soon learn that upon opening the box they will receive a million dollars. However, they also learn that once the box has been opened an unidentified person will die as a result. This prompts us to ask: will they open the box in order to relieve their financial woes? Or will they resist the urge to do so, knowing that an innocent person’s life is too dear a price to pay?
