The lives of three unconnected Brooklyn cops get tangled up as they are faced with difficult career choices.

This latest crime picture brings together an ensemble cast that features Don Cheadle, Wesley Snipes, Ethan Hawke and Richard Gere. The film is directed by Antoine Fuqua. The film depicts the lives of three NYPD police officers that are going through hard times. Detective Salvatore Prodica (Ethan Hawke) is finding it impossible to make ends meet in his rapidly expanding household and has resorted to morally questionable means of making more income. Officer Eddie Dugan (Richard Gere) is only one week away from retirement, but he doesn’t have much of a life to look forward to after retirement. Detective Clarence Butler (Don Cheadle) has been stuck doing the same rounds for quite some time and is desperate for a promotion and a desk job. What events will make the paths of these three men collide and which of them will come out honored or dishonored, dead or alive?
