Christine's son is accepted into a posh private school, but she faces two overbearing mothers who don't accept the idea of ​​Christine being a career woman, while she discovers that her ex-husband is dating a beautiful woman who bears her name.

Christine is determined to make a success of her life because she feels jealous after learning about Richard's new relationship with Christine, but she finds no suitable man apart from Stan, who she does not know is known as the grieving father.

When Christine finds out that Richard and Christine's new relationship began because of her friends Barb and Pete, she asks them to find her a date. However, following a string of failed dates, she discovers love in the most unlikely place.

When Richard finds out that Christine is having a good time on her date with her new lover, Burton, he decides to ruin it and make Burton look bad. However, he later changes his mind and invites them to dinner with him and the new Christine, but things don't work out as planned.
