The worlds of drug trafficking and law enforcement are at war again in this action-packed picture. More specifically the events that are depicted tell the story of a more particular conflict between a police lieutenant and a drug trafficking don. Laws, customs and traditions have no place in this bloody arena where the only rule that matters is to get to your enemies before they can get to you.
