Harmon Rabb Jr., a former naval aviator, and his colleagues in the Office of the Judge Advocate General continue to investigate military cases, including one that involves smuggling an Albanian woman aboard Harmon's carrier.

A naval officer is on trial for espionage, while a sailor's falling in love with a local woman and smuggling her to the United States triggers a chain of events before it turns out that she is an Arab princess.

The season begins with Harm being exposed to great danger, as he struggles to stay alive while being lost at sea, before he is rescued, while Sarah goes to investigate the disappearance of a Marine major.

Bud is exposed to a tragic accident in Afghanistan, and then he receives a warm welcome from everyone upon his return except for his father, while Harm decides to disobey an order from his commander, and then events follow.

JAG S9

In this season, Harm cooperates with a former client to work for the CIA. They carry out a mission in the Philippines, then are forced to flee, while a Marine faces charges of dereliction of duty after a sandstorm causes him to move away from his unit in Iraq.

JAG S10

An exchange of fire in Iraq between two allied forces leads to the exchange of accusations after the incident resulted in the death of a Marine, while the trials begin to blame a retired Marine.
