Tracy is a 24-year-old police officer who is assigned to investigate the murder of a high school student. He goes undercover to an elite school, and meets Rob. They become friends, and Tracy discovers that Rob steals cars at parties. When Tracy faces a problem at work, he is dismissed from the case, but he insists on uncovering the secrets involving both the murder and the car-hijacking gang.
