Stuart Shepard, is a cheating husband who works as a publicist, and uses the pay phone to call his girlfriend because his wife looks over the phone bills. One day the phone rings, and he answers it, only to be threatened by a sniper who threatens him with death if he hangs up the call or leaves the booth. A red point appearing on Stuart's forehead confirms that the sniper is serious.
