After the crew of USS Ulysses, a nuclear sub, save the lives of whom they thought to be the victims of a boat catastrophe, they find out that they are in fact terrorists who want to seize the weapons on the sub, whereupon an ex-SEAL is tasked with entering the sub underwater and stopping the terrorists.
