Facing the risk of losing his driving license, a taxi driver is obliged to escort a loser police officer on the trail of some bank robbers. A dangerous chase takes place, all while the sweetheart of the taxi driver is waiting for him.
When a Japanese minister is kidnapped while visiting Marseille to sign an agreement, detective Emilien sets out to rescue the minister while teaming up with the taxi driver Daniel, who is known for his excellent driving skills.
