When her father is imprisoned by a monstrous beast, the young maiden Belle takes his place as the Beast's prisoner. After being repulsed by his hideous appearance, she slowly starts to discover his inner kindness, as he tries to break the curse that fell upon him.

A poor merchant lived in a small farmhouse with his youngest daughter "Beauty". One day he goes off for a business journey and he becomes lost in a forest. He enters a frightening palace, the only shelter he finds on his way. Suddenly a Beast appears and imprisons the merchant. r Belle searches for her dad every where until she finds him and affronts the beast who accepts to set her father free only if she took his place. In order to save her father Belle accepts the offer and stays at the castle where she discovers the reality if the beast and many other hidden things……
