Doctor Ashraf discusses his master's thesis, and his neighbor Doha is in love with him, while her father Hammad seeks to open a new project to increase his income. Tariq agrees with the Gulf businessman Abdullah to manage his fortune, and Nazmi blackmails his brother Fouad financially.

Wagdy is apset by the tyranny of his father, Abdel Hadi. Medhat mocks Elham for being a snob to all her classmates because of her father Abdel Hadi’s wealth. Ashraf’s mother asks for Doha’s hand in marriage for her son behind his back, while his friend Mahmoud wants to marry her.

Wagdy is saddened by his father's expulsion of the gardener, Abd Rabbo, from the villa. Medhat agrees with Tariq to hatch a plan to defraud Abdullah. It's revealed that Ashraf has vowed revenge on Abdel Hadi for causing his father's death in the hospital.

Mahmoud is sad about Doha's engagement to Ashraf, and he tries to tell Abdullah that there has been tampering with the papers of the new project. Dr. Abdel Moneim tries to reconcile Wagdy and his father. Soraya is worried that the forgery in the hospital's medicine shipment will be discovered.

Abdel Moneim asks Ashraf to perform surgery on Abdel Hadi, while Elham seeks to get closer to Ashraf to spite Doha.

Ashraf remembers what happened to his father, and how Abdel Hadi refused to treat him in the hospital until he paid a lot money. Abdel Moneim dies in his apartment under mysterious circumstances, and the police start an investigation.

Ashraf takes Abdel Moneim's place in the hospital and Abdel Hadi is impressed by his work. Doha is upset by Elham's closeness to her fiancé. Tariq tries to convince Hammad to buy buildings in the neighborhood to build a factory in their place. Fouad trades in human organs.

Ashraf investigates the failure to perform urgent surgery on a patient, while Fouad seeks to steal the patient's organs. Elham quarrels with Medhat.

Nazmi blackmails Fouad and threatens him with making an inventory of the hospital warehouse. Elham opens an interior design office and asks Doha to work with her.

A dispute arises between Ashraf and Dr. Mohsen over the way the hospital is run, and Tariq tries to court Doha.

Elham tells her housekeeper of her love for Ashraf, who feels remorse for his engagement to Doha and thinks about breaking it off. Aida and Mahmoud’s engagement party is held.

Doha is devastated that Ashraf broke off their engagement, and the latter agrees with Elham to ask Abdel Hadi for her hand in marriage. Fouad decides to start his new project and convince Ashraf to work with him.

Abdel Hadi agrees to Ashraf's marriage to his daughter Elham. As Tariq decides to propose to Doha, he plans with Auf to work with him.

To take revenge on Ashraf, Aida sends a letter to Elham to tell her about what happened to Ashraf's father in the past. Abdel Hadi appoints Ashraf to manage the hospital. Hammad gathers the people of the neighborhood and convinces them not to sell their homes to the investor Abdullah.

Fouad asks Nazmi to help him open the new hospital. Things get worse between Elham and Ashraf and she asks for a divorce. As Hammad gets sick and is taken to the hospital, Doha asks Abdel Hadi to perform surgery on her father.

Doha asks Ashraf to mediate with Abdel Hadi to have him perform surgery on her father in exchange for his divorce from Elham. Tariq threatens Auf with kicking all the residents of the neighborhood out after seizing their homes.

Nazmi plots with Fouad to hide Abdel Hadi's ownership papers for the hospital's medical equipment, and with Abdel Hadi traveling, Ashraf issues a decision to dismiss Fouad and Soraya. Wagdy likes Doha and gets close to her.

Wagdy tells Elham of his wish to marry Doha. The police arrest Tariq on charges of misappropriation of funds. Abdullah plans with Mahmoud and Hammad to restore the rights of the people of the neighborhood.

As she agrees to Wagdy and Doha's marriage, Elham returns to Ashraf. The police arrest Fouad on charges of embezzlement, while Abdel Hadi agrees to establish a charitable treatment department in the hospital.
