After he has been cryonically frozen for almost 30 years, spy Austin Powers is released into a much-changed world, but his mission hasn't changed; he has to partner up with Vanessa Kensington to fight his implacable enemy, Dr. Evil.
With the help of a time machine, Dr. Evil travels to the past and steals the charm that gives Austin Powers his sexual prowess, sending the latter on a quest to retrieve his mojo and stop Dr. Evil's plans to shoot a cannon at Earth.
When Dr. Evil and Mini Me escape from prison, they travel through time and team up with eccentric criminal Goldmember to kidnap Austin's father Nigel Powers to prevent him from spoiling their plans to dominate the world. Austin travels back to the 70s with Foxxy Cleopatra to stop Dr. Evil.
