In an attempt to perpetuate his sense of greatness after the failure of the coups against him, the tyrant Carlos Lopez Fayyad seeks the help of the director Vincente Ribanero Al Maalouf to film the coup and how it failed, so he puts all his resources, including the military security apparatus and its head, at his disposal.
