Sarah fights with her husband, Ali, because he cheated on her, and discovers that he married Nada. Sarah remembers how their problem began after she gave birth to twin girls in the hospital and introduced him to Nada.
Ali seeks to help Nada join the job as a flight attendant in the company where he works as a pilot, and a fleeting friendship develops between them. Meanwhile, things become tense between Ali and his wife Sarah because he neglects taking care of her and her daughters.
Badriya informs her sister Sarah that her co-worker's son has proposed to marry her. Nada blames Ali for ignoring her messages, and he confirms his love for her. The tension in Sarah's relationship with Ali continues.

Ali quarrels with Sarah because of her constant doubts, and Saud convinces his sister Badriya to sell their father’s house and live in his house.
Disputes begin between Badriya and her brother Saud's wife, and Ali tries to communicate with Nada and asks Salah to help him with that.

Fahd refuses to return to Kuwait. Hind is taken to the hospital because her husband beat her, and she insists on requesting a divorce. Adel and Dana are divorced after they return from their honeymoon.
Adel seeks to fix things between him and Dana after the news of her pregnancy. Sarah quarrels with Ali as the latter tries to convince Dana to abort her pregnancy and not return to Adel.
Fahd returns to Kuwait, and his relationship with Ali is strained. Maha leaves the house and asks for a divorce from Salah, and Hala tries to reconcile the matter between her sister Dana and their mother.
Dana is taken to the hospital in serious condition. Ali asks Sarah to be with him, Nada feels jealous, and Dana gives birth to her first child.
Sarah stays at Ali's house to take care of Dana after she gives birth. Dana refuses to return to Adel, and it becomes clear that there is a relationship between her and Salah.
Hala is upset when she learns of Dana's relationship with Salah. Nada confronts Ali about his closeness to Sarah and his attempt to restore friendship between them.
Hind seeks to get closer to Adel and takes care of his infant children. Fahd quarrels with Ali so he would leave the house and return to America. Nada asks Sarah to stay away from her husband.
Hind revolts that Adel is getting closer to Hala. Salah marries Dana in secret, and Sarah falls ill and is taken to the hospital after Nada treats her badly.
Saud's son is taken to the hospital in serious condition as a result of taking nutritional supplements to win a sports championship, and Ali discovers that Salah and Dana are married.
Salah rejects Maha's request to return to him. Dana revolts when she learns of Adel's request to marry her sister Hala, and Sarah discovers that she is suffering from cancer.
Fahd tries to separate Ali and Nada and claims that she has cheated on Ali. The latter discovers Fahd's addiction to drugs, and Sarah asks Ali to return to Nada and let her live her last days with her two daughters.
