Nahid graduates from the Faculty of Engineering, and her father, Kamal, throws a big party for her. Her teaching assistant, Imad, proposes to her. Nahid confronts her father and wonders if he was behind the death of Imad's father. She then marries Imad without her father's approval, and Imad continues his path of revenge against her father.
