Abu Musaed is afflicted with hemorrhoids. He asks the Minister of Health to treat him in the hospital, but no one knows the type of his illness, so the ambulance workers Manea and Saleh take him there.

Manea and Saleh are assigned the task of transporting Abu Mubarak's wife to the hospital after she was injured while exercising, and they take their fiancées Sarah and Ghada with them.

An employee in the minister's office suggests putting the development plan on a chip and implanting it in the brain of one of the employees. When an accident happens to the latter and Saleh and Manea take him to the hospital, the employee transfers the chip to Manea's brain.

Manea and Saleh undertake the task of transporting injured players to a football match, and the injured player, Hussein, convinces them that sports help a person start a new life.

A fire breaks out on Abu Salem's yard, and Manea and Saleh transport him. He becomes impressed with Ghada and Sarah. It becomes clear that he uses the yard to hold his late-night parties without obtaining permission to do so.

Abu Saad tells Saleh and Manea that an ambulance center will be built on the moon and asks them to go to the airport where the main center that will transport them to the moon is located. It becomes clear that Manea is dreaming about it.

Abu Saad assigns Manea and Saleh the task of transporting the groom, Musaed, to the hospital and treating him. They discover that he is bewitched, so they try to help him.

Wael gets into a car accident, so Manea and Saleh take him to the hospital, and Abu Saad helps them with that. The latter becomes worried when he learns that he is being monitored through the Internet.

Manea and Saleh suggest that Abu Saad star in an Indian film, and they find themselves involved with a dangerous gang.

Manea and Saleh transport a patient to the hospital who took sexual stimulant pills.

Abu Hamni calls an ambulance to take his sick wife to the hospital. It becomes clear that she claimed to be sick so her husband would agree to let her travel abroad.

Manea and Saleh rush to Ghada and Sarah after an explosion occurs in the beauty salon where they are, transporting a woman who had an explosion in her lips.

Abu Saad takes leave from work, travels with his wife, and stays in a hotel, where a murder occurs. When Manea and Saleh arrive at the hotel, they discover that Abu Saad and his wife are among the hostages being held.

Saleh and Manea suggest to Abu Saad to create a party of their own. Umm Badr calls the ambulance to report that her husband’s back is hurt. It becomes clear that the cause of the injury is Abu Badr’s attempt to carry his wife on his back.

Umm Badr summons a Lebanese hairdresser for her daughter's wedding, and when he arrives, he has an accident, and Manea and Saleh treat him.

Businessman Abdul Mohsen calls for an ambulance and convinces Saleh and Manea to take him to the airport to travel so that he can escape before he is arrested.

A mass poisoning incident occurs in the National Assembly, and Abu Saad is forced to help Manea and Saleh transport the injured to the hospital.

Abu Saad assign Saleh and Manea the task of rescuing Adel from being trapped in a confined space and taking him to the hospital.

Manea and Saleh transport the injured from a fire in the central prison, and Abu Saad helps them finish the mission.

Ghada suspects that Manea is cheating on her because he received a letter in classical Arabic from an unknown person, so Saleh and Manea ask a patient whom they are taking to the hospital to translate the content of the message.

Actress Siham pretends to be ill so she can ask to change the director of the work she is filming. She calls an ambulance to take her to the hospital, and Manea and Saleh take over the task.

Abu Saad seeks to transfer Manea and Saleh from the ambulance unit, and the two of them transport the young man Hamad, who is injured in the back, to the hospital and refuse to let him mingle with women and girls.

Abu Saad goes with Saleh to someone’s house to take him to the hospital. They are surprised by his heavy weight and ask Manea to help him.

Abu Masoud speculates with his money in the stock market, and as a result of the stock decline, Abu Masoud suffers a heart attack, and Manea and Saleh take him to the hospital.

Manea and Saleh transport two newlyweds to the hospital after the bride suffered a phobia in an escalator in the towers area.

Saleh suggests collecting donations to help Manea celebrate his fiancée's birthday. Manea and Saleh transport Umm Siham to the hospital and treat her quickly so that she can attend her daughter's university graduation dinner.

Manea and Saleh take Abu Salem to the hospital. He thanks them for freeing him from his two wives and their children and tells Manea and Saleh that they are the reason for his excessive obesity.

Abu Saad resigns from working in the ambulance, leaves work with Manea and Saleh, and asks to be transferred to the fire station. Manea and Saleh also request to be transferred to the fire station, and Abu Saad becomes their boss again.
