When her daughter Sarah vanishes on the ocean, Adèlle finds herself embroiled in a mysterious world when a girl, Ebrill, shows up, claiming that Sarah has been taken to the underworld. With the knowledge that Ebrill, who resembles Sarah, has died 60 years ago, Adèlle tries to make sense of what happened.
