Nim, is a little girl who lives with her father, a marine scientist, on a secluded island in the Pacific. She is able to make the island wonderfully livable, but one day, her father goes out to explore and doesn't return. Nim is worried, specially when she learns that there's a group of pirates who plan to attack and take over the island.
